I came to Sunrise for rehab- the people here are great and down to earth! Everyone was kind and good to me- I could not asked for any better. The therapy team was amazing, I could have asked for any better! They are very good at what they do, they had me up and Walking in 2 days.

I CAME TO SUNRISE FOR REHAB AND THEY ARW AMAZING I WOULD COME BACK IF I EVER NEEDED-EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND THE REHAB WAS GREAT!

Such a warm and friendly environment! The moment you walk in the door you feel at home! I have been so thankful to have found this facility to continue my nursing journey. Our residents are so loved and we are so thankful for the opportunity to care for them!

My mother was at sunrise in November 2021. Every single person we came into contact with from administration, CNAS, therapy, nurses, even housekeeping was always so nice and inviting! Mom truly enjoyed her time there and thrived! Now I work here at sunrise! I’m truly honored to be a part of such a wonderful team of caring individuals! I am excited to grow and learn within signature!

Great Team, Beautiful Facility

I have recently joined the team at Sunrise as the new ADON. From day one, I was welcomed by an incredible team of professionals. The staff members exhibited a strong commitment to their roles and a genuine passion for the residents they serve. After being in my new role for only a couple of weeks, I decided I had to move my dad from the facility in which he has resided for the last 3 years to Sunrise. He had a recent hospital stay, which ended in an above the knee amputation and knew the long road he had in front of him. One of the standout features of the center is the wonderful and caring nursing staff and the wide range of rehabilitation programs they offer. From physical therapy to occupational therapy, my dad is now engaged in various activities tailored to his recovery goals. The therapists are not only skilled but also encouraging, giving my dad new found hope. I can not be more proud to be a part of this amazing team!

So excited to be back at Sunrise as part of the team. A new challenging position, but I know I can make a difference. Great place and so many loyal staff members that make up Team Sunrise.

My father was admitted to Sunrise Manor for care after a dementia diagnosis at Baptist Health. He received excellent care from the office staff to nursing and all in between. Everyone was kind and compassionate not only to him, but also my mom and me, as we were there several days a week to visit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone for a loved one. My father came to Sunrise Manor for physical therapy to regain strength after a 2 week stay in the hospital and being diagnosed with dementia. He received excellent care and attention by all the staff from front office to nursing care. He went into hospice care and still received continuous care from the staff along with hospice nurses. I highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for physical therapy or also long term care for a loved one.

It’s a pleasure spending my days with this fabulous team & residents! There is so much that goes on behind the scenes to make sure we’re providing the best home environment for all who live here. It’s a blessing to be part of this team.

My first experience with Sunrise Manor was after my mom’s stroke. The team there went above and beyond during her recovery phase. Now, I have joined the team as ADON and have been welcomed with open arms. I’m excited to work alongside the staff to continue making this facility the gold standard for our residents.

Sunrise Manor is somewhere you can call home and you are treated with respect and part of a family

My uncle wandered away from this facility where the police found him he had fallen several times when i called to check on him they hung up on me.

I came to Sunrise with a fracture left arm. Everything was great here I have no complaints. if i ever need to return Sunrise would be my first choice. The therapy team was awesome.

My Aunt has been in Sunrise approximately 1 year under pallative care. The nursing home has always been clean & the staff I have come to know & observe with my Aunt has been kind & caring toward my Aunt. My Aunt loves them which tells me a lot on how she is cared for. My Aunt is on thickened water & pureed food & she is not able to do activities. The main concern for my Aunt is her creature comforts of keeping her clean & fed as well as some compassionate interaction from those who do so. Thank you Sunrise my Aunt brags on you to me.

Very good service and helpful at all times

This place is great. If you or a loved one needs rehab this is the place. The nurses are great and the aides are the best I've ever seen. And the rehab is second to none. The office personal are amazing. They actually come out on the floor and talk, laugh, tell jokes and go out of the way to male it a good day.

They were very professional and caring. They did not just talk to the family but conversed what all was going on to mom as well.

My mother is a resident there at Sunrise Manor and is very happy there. The staff always babies my mother and makes her feel she number one and they are always pleasant with me. The place is always clean and the smell that so many nursing homes experience isn’t noticeable. My mother and I feel we made the right decision by placing her there at Sunrise Manor. Your #1 in our book.

Lori and the team at Sunrise Manor have been a blessing to our family. Our beloved Grandmother had a stroke and it has been a confusing and emotional time. I have been a nurse for 28 years and the idea of her going to a rehab or long term care facility was frightening and devastating. I walked into Sunrise Manor and knew within 5 minutes everything I needed to know to feel comfortable with her being there. The Administration, PT/OT, Nurses, Aids and housekeeping are all providing competent and compassionate care. The facility is bright and clean and does not feel like the typical nursing home. Luckily, our loved one has been rehabilitated to the point we are going home, but if we should need long term care beyond what we can safely provide in the future, we would not hesitate to bring her back to Sunrise Manor. Thank you everyone for doing the Lord’s work.

Mom had a stroke and needed physical therapy, we chose Sunrise Manor and we are so happy we did. Her stay at Sunrise Manor has been wonderful! The onsite therapy was excellent, I couldn't ask for more professional and caring people. I cannot say enough about the people and facility, a nice clean facility, with very nice friendly helpful staff, they try to please and satisfy the loved ones family, by listening to any concerns or problems we may have, and address any concern that the family may have in a timely manner. The building is clean and the staff cleans daily. The facility is beautiful! My Mom is treated well, Mom said she loves the nurses and staff. Lorrie has been wonderful in assisting and answering any questions or concerns that I’ve asked. I highly recommend this facility and will use it again if the need arises.

Sunrise so far was been wonderful! Very nice facility and very nice friendly staff. Have answered all questions that I’ve asked of them. Seems to want to please and satisfy the love ones family, by listening to any concerns or problems the family may have. They will correct any issues that the family may have in a timely manner. which is a plus for me. The building is well clean, which is a plus for me, as well. The facility is beautiful! My love one is treated well, he’s said he love his nurses and staff that’s taking care of him. I’d say; so far, so good. I have no complaints. Hopefully it will stay that way. Lorrie has been wonderful in assisting and answering any questions or concerns that I’ve asked. The nursing staff, and staff has been great in taking care of my loved one. I’m trusting that he’s in good hands.

My mother in law was there for rehab after a bad bout with a UTI which took off her feet. There were meds given her there (haldo) that her current Dr was very displeased with. Plus it took weeks to get the drug out of her system so she could recover mentally to something close to what she was before.

sunrise manor is a very clean and friendly place to live and visit also the staff is nice and caring my experience working here is awesome.

No complaints. I come to sunrise to recover from covid and to get stronger. I would definitely recommend this facility. The staff treated me so good. I would choose to come back to Sunrise if I ever needed to.

do Not!!!! send anyone you care about to this so called "care" facility!!!!!!!!! -addition- @sonrise; I don’t think I will Give my contact info but I have heard SEVERAL tales about the NEGLECT AND ABUSE that has happened in the past and from what I hear still happens today. I wouldn’t have even given you 1* but zero stars isn’t an option if you are to review a place on here. You all should be ashamed to call yourselves “care givers”

Had a bad experience with them losing our loves ones clothes, changing meds around and not informing us, wasn't helping them to eat until we said something about it, and in the end didn't return any money left in his account. They kept it all. They also didn't get him to appointments on time.

they lied constantly to us treated my dad like a 2nd class citizen and the food is horrible...dont believe what they say..

Staff at Sunrise Manor/ Signature are TOP NOTCH, they do everything possible to ensure patients are well taken care of. The Quality of Life Team have all gone above and beyond to assist families and make sure we can stay in touch during a very difficult time. Thank you all! After the last few weeks I feel the need to update my evaluation, while the quality of life team and support staff, nurses and CNAs are still amazing, the administrator gets NO stars. She shows NO compassion, professionalism, willingness to work as a team, or ability to make critical decisions concerning patients.

Excellent care. The staff was excellent. All staff was well mannered and treated me with respect.

The care my uncle received from some staff was excellent but always seemed understaffed. Twice my uncle had diarrhea and his spiked clothes were just thrown into his closet, not bagged. I changed his sheets once and his sheets were constantly dirty.

I had the pleasure of being with this team for two days this week and was very impressed! Beautiful property, but most impressive was all of the events they had for the patients and the care being provided.

Neglect. Grandmother was taken to hospital COVERED in bruised after a stay there... bruises even on the bottom of her feet. How does that even happen????

I have family members at Sunrise. The meals use to be quality balanced meals. Not anymore. Really sad that food has to be ‘catered ‘ when they have a kitchen. They have dining rooms but scarcely used. If a patient doesn’t like what is served their only other option is a bologna sandwich. If they want a soft drink once in a while they are directed to the vending machine.

My mother and my aunt currently reside here. My mother was an employee for many years at this facility. She is mentally fit but physically disabled due to her age and medical conditions. She has requested to be moved after only 3 months. She has complained with the nighttime noise levels and the lack of clean laundry. My aunt complains of bullying by another resident. These matters need to be addressed. The quality of care and the residents views need to be a top priority.

My mother-in-law didn't stay at Sunrise Manor for very long, but the care was fine. She didn't experience a whole lot there but I think she was right where she needed to be and was provided good care. The staff was very caring and kind. The place was nice and very well-kept. They kept us informed and we had a good experience.

DO NOT EVER take anyone that you love here. they give the worst care possible. my grandmother stayed there for only a few weeks and managed to fall and hit her head because no one was watching her. they knew she was a fall risk and failed to hook up a bed alarm that took 2 minutes to install. also, when we were moving her out, we accidentally left some of her belongings there. we called and they said they would save the stuff for us, and they “accidentally” THREW IT AWAY. MY GRANDMOTHERS BELONGINGS ARE IN THE TRASH. don’t EVER admit anyone into this nursing home!!!
