Lovely facility!!

I do not recommend it. The hygiene is terrible. There are cockroaches all over the place. Employees of that place abuse their power to defame external workers who have to go there to perform certain jobs so that their employers fire them. Etc

Nurse Celesta Ramirez Is a Great nurse and very committed too her job 💞

Celeste is the most compassionate, sweet, nurturing nurse I have ever came across! I truly believe she has saved my grandpas life! From giving him comfort in his time of need to making sure he has his paid meds around the clock to keep him from suffering! I’m crying as I’m typing this! Celeste you really are a blessing, a true angel walking on earth! Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful the Celesta is one of the most caring and compassionate people i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting while there. She will absolutely become family while taking care of yours. The facility as a whole work together to make sure the residents and patients are treated very well and like family

Sycamore Heights is amazing but I do believe it would be run down without their F Hall nurse Celesta. I put all of my trust into her

As a visitor today at Sycamore Heights, I wanted to thank everyone for their kindness & hospitality! Every staff member that I met was so helpful & friendly…their sincerity shone through not only with me but with the residents as well!

I take great comfort knowing that my dad is well taken care of. Fern always greets me with a smile and happy conversation. She takes time to visit with my dad taking him for walks in his wheelchair. I think that is special! Chanise has been very helpful with any questions I have regarding my dad. Always very pleasant. The ENTIRE STAFF is great! I wish I could list each and everyone of them. Overall I am very pleased with my father's care at Sycamore Heights

Staff is extremely helpful and kind! Fern and Chanise always have a smile and go over and beyond for my father in law!

Not a good experience for our loved one. Never gave care for our grandpa . Never informed us on the things going on in the building. Did not receive the care he should’ve. Do not send your loved ones here

Anytime I entered the doors at Sycamore Heights, they have always been welcoming. I felt comfortable from the start. Everyone is so caring and does anything they can to meet the needs of their residents. I recommend it!

No stars is more fit. Bridgett has terrible attitude and business manager is clueless. She told me to file POA/Guardianship; after I went to file for it she failed to let me know she was also filling for it. All the money you for a terrible living situation. It’s messed up when the employees tell you it’s best to take your love ones home. Because these facilities don’t care about them all they care about is the money. Always short staffed. They neglect residents. Rooms are infested with roaches. Clothes come up missing. The list could go on. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

I really appreciate the hard work put in to making this facility a nice place for its residents. Management team is constantly making improvements. Management and nursing staff really care for these residents. Would recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank everyone at Sycamore Heights nursing home. They are very caring and concerned about everything they go out of their way to make our friend feel welcome. He doesn’t want for anything. They communicate with us on a daily basis and let us know how our friend is doing, and if he needs anything. I couldn’t ask for a better place for our friend. I would recommend to anyone. Again, thank you so much!

Terrible neighbors. Their trash is all over the neighborhood, including used rubber gloves. We've asked them to do something about it and it never happens. I can't imagine how they treat their tenants. 3 years later update: Sycamore Heights continues to be a terrible neighbor. There is ALWAYS trash around their facility and in our yard. They truly do not care about our neighborhood, and they never reached out in any meaningful way to address our concerns.

When talking with Candace she made us feel just like family. Very nice facility

Every time I have visited Sycamore Heights I have been shown courtesy and kindness. I appreciate what they do for our community. One person who really stood out to me was a young lady named Candace. She was very compassionate and kind. She was great at assisting with the needs of others around the building. She is always wearing a friendly smile and I am sure that is helpful for the residents of the nursing home. A bright, shining smile from someone who genuinely cares. Thank you Sycamore Heights! I appreciate what you do for others.

Awesome rehabilitation facility! Miss Candace was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping me understand the ins and outs of my mothers insurance!

Absolutely horrible. Smells like urine & feces throughout the whole building. Barely enough staff to keep the place even running. They attempted to serve my sick mother molded bread. When we asked for a manager or supervisor we were given a number that just kept ringing & couldn’t even leave a message. Very hard to keep patient. I’m a very upset.

My grandfather was in this facility and it was a horrible place the staff was nasty they did not take care of my grandfather the way that they should they let my grandfather get dehydrated and sent to the hospital without no knowledge to my family they also let my grandfather catch covid and did not tell his family they lost my grandfather's personal items after he passed away please whatever you do do not send your loved one to this facility cuz they do not take care of their patients and they need to be shut down and they got roaches and that's unsanitary everyone needs to lose their job...

If I could give no stars and get this place shut down I would. My Nana has only been in this place for a few days and they've been nothing but awful to her and the other patients there. They have nothing but attitude if they answer the phone. They were two hours late to give them breakfast, made cleaning people take them it when they did give the patients their food. Left my Nana on the toilet for two and a half hours! Without help to get back to her bed. Her poor roommate was left with pills in her mouth, no water to help her take them. They've been drugging patients with meds to keep them out of it. Even had the audacity to tell her they don't help them to the bathroom, she has underwear use those to go in. Absolutely awful place. Getting her moved asap.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!! This company does not pay their bills. They will give you the run around and empty promises and then block your communication when you try to collect. Michael Peel has been telling me for two months they would get my invoice paid, we are now at 90 days late on an invoice of over a grand. Take your business elsewhere! Oct 24 2021-jan 26 2022

trying to get in touch with an employee, they hang up on you everytime, not good if a loved one resides there and is unable to reach them because of employees like this, which i do have an aunt that lives there, terrible service!!

Extremely disappointing, to put it mildly. Food is poor quality, patients must eat what is put in front of them with no menu or choice, regardless of allergies, intolerances, preferences or needs, or starve. Waiting for a nurse, doctor, social worker or anyone else takes an eternity. I am not even allowed to transfer to another facility or back to hospital. I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I am extremely weak, emaciated, hence unable to walk out.

They don't call when they send your love one out and obviously don't round on their Residents/Elders every 2 hours as most homes do to assess them for needs.

They will steal all your money out tour account after you’ve past away!!!! They do not care about the veterans or they family. Seems to me no one is every there working in the business office. Very very bad customer service, receptionist have a very bad attitude also (Mary)

I can’t write ALL the HORRORS of this place, there’s not enough space! Suffice it to say, this is the REHAB CENTER FROM HELL! They actually made my loved one WORSE than what they were like when they first arrived there! They frightened and scared my loved one to death, but couldn’t convey feelings because of Alzheimer’s. So they abused my loved one over and over again. Didn’t feed my loved one.Gave tray and left the room. Loved one is bed ridden & can’t feed themself! Couldn’t drink by themself either, so became dehydrated. Told nursing staff, they did NOTHING! Do not put your loved one in this place! If it’s the last thing I do, my loved one is leaving there ss soon as I stop typing this!

My family Is there right now and has only been bathed well wiped down once she’s been there 2 weeks her bed is broken leaning to the side she can’t move on her own at the moment was left on bed pan and with wet sheets for hours this place is trash and nasty all employees always on there phones never in the office And nobody never answers the office phone just sick if I could give them zero I would

If you are looking for a wonderful memory care unit Stop in and tour at sycamore heights . They have a brand new affinity unit offering numerous amenities for your loved one .

Trashy loud music vibrating the window at all times of day, so your family members sleep / rest will be interrupted and upsetting them. Staff yelling at each other, and on their phones when outside, also upsetting the people you care about. I would not recommend this place whatsoever if you care about who may be going in to care here.

I found this facility and was quite impressed by its wedsite. I then had my father placed there for his physical therapy and rehabilitation. SO FAR SO GOOD. I AM STILL VERY IMPRESSED WITH SYCAMORE HEIGHTS.

Sycamore Heights changed my mother’s life as well as mine. My mom was in bad shape when she was admitted there. Every single person I met was caring and professional. As of today my mom is walking with a walker of course. Her memory has improved at least 85% and she is happy. The staff treats her like she is the only one that matters. I credit the administration, the nurses, the nurse assistances and everyone one involved. I feel like I got my mother back! She is happy and so am I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.......... the food is wonderful 🙏🏽

Sycamore Heights Nursing home is a wonderful place.. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a lovely lady. Very friendly nursing staff, who take very good care of their residents. The food looked and smelled awesome. The place is nicely decorated. It is very clean and inviting.. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Smells nothing like a nursing home. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The memory care unit is newly remodeled. I could tell a lot of thought went into the design. I read the other bad reviews and all I can say is this place is definitely under new management. And worth a look into.

Great place! The social worker is amazing, the maintenance guy is the best. Very attentive and also always keep the residents needs first. Would recommend this place to any and all of my family. 2 thumbs way up. They must be under new management because things have really been looking good! The housekeeping manager keeps the building looking great!
