Unspecified · February 2025 My granny has been in here for 2 weeks. Every time I go see her she’s either out partying or there are girls in her room doing her hair. She looks so much happier there than she did living with me. I am very impressed. Geneva Shofner is my granny’s name.
Unspecified · August 2024 Not very good place to put anyone, I would not recommend anyone, there, left my grandma in a diaper for hours and she's got a really bad UTI.
Hate writing negative reviews but our experience was horrible. My father was there for rehab after a fall and he nearly died because of the lack of care for him. They are understaffed and over worked. Many nurses and aids were very sweet but they have way to much on their hands in order to truly do the job efficiently. Their Dr on staff was no help at all because orders were SUPPOSEDLY made but never followed through. My father came out with more health issues than when he went in there.
Unspecified · November 2023 I love this facility. They take such good care of my mother and this is one of the cleanest places I have seen. Great people
Unspecified · November 2023 Best place for your love ones!!!! Top notch!!!
Unspecified · November 2023 This is one of if not the cleanest, most spacious rehab facility I have seen. Most everyone is friendly, and gets along with eachother very well.
Unspecified · November 2023 We love Grandview!
Unspecified · November 2023 This is a great facility
Unspecified · November 2023 Wonderful staff, beautiful facility, the most spacious patient rooms and bathrooms of any facilities in the area.
Unspecified · November 2023 Hands down by far the best and caring facility to work with! Everyone is like a family!
The Grandview is a wonderful place with great and caring team members. Residents are treated like family, given excellent care, and most often rehabbed to return home with their families unless long-term care is better suited for the resident’s & family’s needs.
I was there from May 3- May 11, 2023. The place is cleaner then most places I've seen. Most of the staff was friendly enough, but a few were rude and hateful. Nothing to drink between meals except water and was offered no snacks. I use a rescue inhaler and do breathing treatments every four hours. These were not allowed to be with me and had to ask for them and it took as long as an hour or two to get my inhaler. I had 2 breathing treatments the whole time I was there. The food was awful.Had to ask for anything extra, salt, pepper, creamer, etc. It was the longest 8 days I've ever spent anywhere.
Unspecified · February 2023 If I could give a zero I would. Whatever you do, do not take your loved one to this mess of a non-caring facility. They starve their patients from water and food. My aunt has dropped over 80 lbs since they’ve had her. They ignore their patients. This place should be shut down.
Unspecified · August 2022 Worst place to send a loved one... My granny went here for rehab for a broken knee; she died from malnutrition within end of six month. I am hearing stories from people around town and related family member that their loved one's have had the same issue and lost loved one there. My granny's sisters husband was there for rehab and passed away there too. I hate that place!!!
Unspecified · February 2022 If you TRUELY care for your loved ones, do NOT send them here. The care we have witnessed is despicable, uncaring, and total negligence. This person was not given fluids (a basic need of LIFE), and all they can do is shift blame from worker to worker. Their JOB is to TAKE CARE of their patients, and due to their poor work ethics, someone's life is now on the line. Please, please, please, send your loved ones ANYWHERE by here!! I have one star, ONLY because it wouldn't allow a negative 10.
Unspecified · November 2020 Hi my name is Britney Smothers I am the Admissions and Marketing coordinator at The Grandview Nursing and Rehab center here in Campbellsville KY. Our staff is very caring and hard working to give our residents the love and care they need. Our therapy team is amazing they work with all of their patients to improve in so many ways to prepare them for getting back home to be with their loved ones. The building is very beautiful. The rooms are nice size to make a comfortable stay for our residents, we also have fun with the residents daily and enjoy activities with them and do our best to make them feel loved and is they are at home.
Unspecified · September 2015 The Grandview was an excellent facility; it’s beautiful and well-decorated. The rooms were large, clean and bright. There was a courtyard where you could see a water fountain and nice landscaping. The people care, the staff was very caring and attentive. Cleanliness was outstanding.
Unspecified · September 2011 Several of my relatives have been residents of Grandview in the past, and one (my great-uncle) is currently. I have also worked as a volunteer there. I must admit, I have been fairly impressed. I've seen more than a few below-par nursing homes, and Grandview definitely hits the mark. The residents seem to be, for the most part, happy and content. All their needs are met, and activities are frequent. The staff is polite and courteous and I have never seen them delay their response to a patient's needs. Several of the patients suffer from dementia and are not entirely sure of where they are. Instead of correcting them when they mistakenly call someone by the wrong name, the staff simply plays along. This keeps the residents happy. The atmosphere is also very homey. The food is prepared by a professional chef and is quite delicious as well. The residents also seem to enjoy it, which is what really matters.
