The Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility

My grandpa was there for therapy. It was good enough for what he needed, but you could feel the hostility from and toward staff and some residents in the facility. The management seemed to be oblivious to who their residents were and what was going on there. The place was clean, except the odor was overwhelming at times. Looks can be very deceiving. I expected more and got so much less. I could not recommend this facility.

Wonderful Staff, delicious food nice clean, Pysical Therapy so patient with the residents. Everyone is thoughtful and caring.

I could recommend higher than 5 stars if it would let me. I was a patient for 31 days and would advise anyone to place their loved ones at this facility. My physical therapy was top notch , caring staff and very clean. The Heritage was a great at creating events for the residents and always making sure everyone was not over looked.

The Heritage has an amazing rehab staff!! I recommend them frequently for people who need rehab services.

Wonderful staff

I have had two family members at The Heritage for over five years now. The staff goes above and beyond for their residents, keeping their safety a top priority. The building is always beautiful and very inviting. The physical therapy department is the BEST! I recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or extended care.

My father in law and several of my aunts and uncle has had excellent care.

The Heritage Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Facility, in Corbin Kentucky, is second to none. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is very competent in all services they provide. Servant minded employees with serving hearts to offer the best care to all their residents. The management and staff offer the residents unending love and personal support even in difficult times and situations. Being quick to respond to everyone’s needs. Being polite and caring, gives The Heritage facility an awesome reputation for anyone seeking their services. At the Heritage facility the residents have the opportunity to participate in social activities daily including; playing cards, bingo, board games, celebrating birthdays to movie nights and special events offered by the staff. The staff also participates in special occasions, such as, honoring our Veterans and sponsoring local events such as, “The Walk to End Alzheimer’s” and being a part of “The Tri-county Abuse Council for Elders”. Also, on Sunday’s the residents may participate in Church services provided by area Pastors and Singers. The Rehab facility has all the latest amenities and qualified staff to support the residents who need their services to help strengthen their physical needs. It is my opinion if anyone is looking for a complete offering of Nursing Home care and Rehabilitation services for a loved one, then, The Heritage and Rehabilitation facility certainly should be considered a High Priority!

The Heritage is a beautiful facility with great staff. The hallways and rooms are always so clean. The residents receive great care and have staff who go above and beyond. Their therapy department is second to none. They work closely with families for short term rehab patients and offer training for a safe transition for their patients to return home.
