This is a HORRIBLE place to put anyone in your family. My sister had to be placed somewhere during the time our father was is hospice care due to her mental illness. They took the 3000$ she had saved from her check when she moved there even though she received 1124$ a month as well as got an 800$ supplement from the state for her living there. During this time she as well as her roomates confirmed they got 2 meals not 3 meals a day, and a thingg of Kool aid for all 3 to share. Their apartment had no stove and it was run down and dirty. The place claims they do housekeeping and that's one thing their money pays for that they NEVER NOT ONE TIME RECEIVED. In the case of my sister, she became manic while living there and the workers took her out of her apartment to the venture homes facility and let her go outside BAREFOOT and naked, in snow! My sister suffered frostbite on both feet and almost lost one of her toes! She was in ICU for weeks! The woman Deshay is a thief. She was over my sister's check but wouldn't rarely even bring her the measly 60$ a month that they gave the others out of their own check! But somehow she is allowed to tie up 3...1st floor apartments, that are paid for by their residents, to store all of the stuff she hoards. She is a major hoarder and to make disabled people use 2nd floor apartments because she wants to hold her personal belongings in the 1st floor apartments is so very wrong. I will be making sure someone is held accountable for what happened to my sister, and she is the very snake in the grass I mainly want to see put in her place. She is a liar and steals from these poor people in these homes! Whoever is above Deshay needs to be making this situation right for its residents at the very least!

Basic shelter. But no "care". Awful. They take clients who are the easiest to manipulate.

No ADA ability not good for handicapped people and no ambulance will be available.

I would give this less than one star if possible!! Not only are they horrible to their clients but they take EVERY CENT of their money and barely give them anything!! Greedy and horrible!! They don’t do anything for their clients they allow them to roam the streets. There are several reports of them abusing their clients and I’m sure there are more!! Don’t take your family to Venture Homes!!!

This place is a joke, they are nothing more than thieves.

This place is a dump and a very sketchy financial business. We have a client that a hospital placed there, and we cannot even reach anyone by telephone. I cannot check on my client, she is not permitted to use a phone, there are not phones in their room/dwelling. Just look at the picture of it on Google Maps. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I wouldnt even give you 1 star..but it was the only way to leave this review. Thi place NeeDS CLOSED DOWN. I am the parent of a son with disabilities. I wont stop my crusade. I WOULD NOT WANT ANY PARENT TO GO THRU, THE MENTAL ANGUISH THEY PUT ME THRU, THE EMPLOYEES LIE, STEEL AND ONE I ONLY HEARD ABOUT, TAKE RESIDENTS MEDICATION. THIS IS AISNT EVEN INCLUDING THE THINGS MY SON EXPERIENCED DURING HIS STAY. NO RETURN CALLS, THEY EVEN FOR 2 MONTHS KEPT SAYING HE IS IN HIS ROOM...WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO MY OWN CHILD. I GOT TO A POINT THAT "IN HIS ROOM"WAS A CODE FOR SOMETHING CLOSE THEM DOWN.. NICKSMOMWONTSTOP

I will never send one of my family members there, i worked there, i know what they do them.
