Village Heights

Village Heights was very satisfactory, and I was impressed with all of the facilities. Everything was all inclusive. They had facilities on-site to take care of laundry and everything. Then the apartments were very, very nice. They have an activities director that provides activities for all the residents, a courtyard, and a library. I was very impressed with the one-bedroom apartment they showed me. The staff was very professional. They served me a meal, and it was very, very good. They also provide transportation to doctor's appointments or to stores. All you have to do is tell them where to go and they work with you very, very well.

Laurel Village management and staff are truly outstanding in their consistent excellent care. Mom stayed here for 5 1/2 years and has recently moved to Laurel Heights nursing home. We have nothing but good things to say about this facility and its caretakers. They should be justifiably proud of themselves for their loving service to the elderly.

Entire staff is well chosen in that all are caring and compassionate individuals. Grounds and facilities are well kept. Meals are varied, healthy, and well served. Administration is excellent, and pharmacy strives to be helpful. The atmosphere is as encouraging as possible for a facility of this type.
