The staff is amazing, everybody is so friendly!

This is a wonderful experience and the sweet lady that sits at the front desk is so nice and caring. I can tell how much the staff and doctors and nurses genuinely care for the patients and love them.

I picked this nursing home after visiting and having a friend who had worked there in the past. My mother suffered from end stage dementia and stayed here for 6 months until she died. My experience with this facility was positive for the most part. With my mother's condition and the restrictions imposed due to COVID our visits were limited in what we could do. The staff called frequently to update me on her condition and notify me of changes in her course of treatment. We had a couple of issues with billing over the course of our stay that were immediately addressed by Dustin Tackett in the business office. The folks that worked the desk up front were compassionate and very helpful especially when we were moving in and out. The day after my mother passed a candle was lit in the lobby in her honor along with her picture. The only problem I had was I never got my mothers wheelchair back but other than that I was very satisfied with her level of care.

A dear friend is currently staying here. Absolutely appalling the way they are treating her. Go elsewhere.

Place has a hard time keeping dietary aides

We experienced horrible care with Presbyterian from the moment we walked through the door. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful upon arrival. Staff could not seem to give medications correctly. She was not bathed for the two days she was there before we decided it was not in her best interest to remain in her care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They are owned by the same company as Nazareth. However, the two places are totally different. Nazareth gave my mother good quality care. Presbyterian lacked in many places. To leave a good word about the facility, it was extreamly.
