Arcadia Senior Living Bowling Green

My aunt moved into Arcadia last summer. The staff and residents have been very welcoming. There are many activities, games, and trips planned weekly. We like that families are invited to participate throughout the year. The facility itself is beautiful and allows for gathering places for families. Our family has enjoyed the meals offered in the dining room. Families are always welcome at Arcadia.

Arcadia is the epitome of customer service, individualized care and genuine concern for their tenants. I feel so much more at ease since my mother moved there and I know she is in wonderful hands. Every day since move in day mom has been happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Arcadia if you are looking for a place for a loved one!

I am Emogene Stuart who moved to Arcadia Senior Living in November of last year from my home of 40 years. I decided on Arcadia after looking other places. After an adjustment period, I have found that Arcadia meets all my needs and more. An atmosphere of friendliness and service permeates the building. If you are getting older and cannot do the things you used to do or are experiencing loneliness, I highly recommend Arcadia.

My mom resides in the memory care at Arcadia and we have had the most wonderful experience. The staff is so caring and attentive and the food is wonderful. They not only love on my mom, but also my dad who visits each day. They have multiple daily activates to keep the residents engaged and active. It means so much to be able to visit your family and leave knowing they will be taken care of. Highly recommend if you are looking for senior living home for your loved one.

My in-laws really like Arcadia Senior Living Bowling Green. We spoke with several residents, and they loved it. What we liked most about it is that you have a two-hour window for each meal, and you get to order what you want, so there's more variety in terms of food. The facility was just very vibrant. The rooms seemed to be smaller, but they have a variety of rooms available in terms of studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom. We liked the variety of offerings there. It was just excellently kept. The staff members were very accommodating and informative.

We recently moved both my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law in to Arcadia. We have had such a wonderful experience and it is such a blessing to know that your loved ones are receiving such wonderful care. The facility is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to take the best care of their residents. The food is delicious and they have great activities to keep everyone active and involved. I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia! We love it ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about the Arcadia team and culture. Following the loss of my father, my mom decided she needed to consider moving into a senior living facility. We toured several but from the moment of first contact until move in day, Arcadia was the one! In addition to the beautiful facility and kindness and professionalism of the team, every resident we encountered was friendly and told my mother how much they love living at Arcadia. It made our decision easy! The staff helped us with all the logistics of the move and have made her feel safe, welcome and most importantly right at home! If there were more than 5 stars available on Google. I would rate Arcadia even higher. ❤️

Having our father become a resident of Arcadia in Bowling Green has been an absolute dream come true! A dream come true for our family in knowing that Dad is safe, secure and in great company. But…it’s also been a dream come true for Dad. Earlier in this message I described Dad as an Arcadia resident. In reality…Dad is a member of the Arcadia ‘family’! Dad was reluctant about the transition to an assisted living facility. After being at Arcadia for only 48 hours in the late summer of 2022…Dad called me and expressed his heartfelt thanks for us helping him see a dimension of his elder years he had been missing. Prior to the transition to Arcadia…Dad was fiercely independent and living alone. He had great neighbors…but he lived under a cloud of grief after the passing of Mom in March 2019. The folks at Arcadia (staff and residents alike) have brought Dad out from beneath the cloud of grief and he’s thriving with all the social interaction and loving support. Arcadia has been a wonderful experience for my Grandmother! She was ready to size down from her own house, and we toured several senior living facilities in Bowling Green, and Arcadia blew all of them out of the water! Staff is awesome and you can tell that they genuinely care for their residents. Lots of activities and “field trips”. The food is awesome, too. Sometimes I stop by to have lunch when I’m visiting. Arcadia is well maintained and clean! We have no concerns with her wellbeing while she’s there and she is able to still be independent, and still have someone near by, just in case there is ever a need.

Our father has been a resident at Arcadia for two years and we could not be more pleased! Every staff member works hard to make him feel at home and loved. He will tell you he absolutely loves living there and that the people and the food are top notch. Since he deals with some short term memory loss, it eases our mind to know that he is well cared for and we can rest assured he gets everything he needs. He enjoys the many games and entertainment options, including “field trips” to local restaurants and coffee shops. He also loves that they offer a time of devotion every morning!! We would certainly recommend Arcadia Senior Living to anyone looking for a caring, fun, engaging place for their loved one!

I have had a wonderful experience with Arcadia. Their staff is warm and welcoming each time I visit. I appreciate the many activities planned for residents to enjoy, and Arcadia’s efforts to involve the community in some of these activities. My father enjoys living at Arcadia, and I’m happy to have such a kind group of people helping to care for him!

My mother-in-law has been at Arcadia for a month now. The staff has been great with the new adjustment for her. The activities have helped her tremendously.

My parents moved into the memory care unit a few months ago. My mother is having issues with her memory. Arcadia allowed my dad and mom to move in together in the memory care wing. I cannot overstate the increase in standard of living that my parents have experienced since their move. The facility is top notch and the staff is absolutely wonderful without exception. Mom seems happier and more settled here than she did in her home. My Dad can now go fishing or to play golf without worrying about Mom. We feel so lucky to have Arcadia in Bowling Green.

When it became necessary to search for and choose a senior living facility for a family member recently , the plan was to visit a number of places in Bowling Green. Phone calls were made, information was gathered and appointments were set up. At each of these steps, Arcadia Senior Living stood out in making information readily and quickly accessible and answering all inquiries very promptly. Arcadia Senior Living was the first place we toured and it became apparent to us right away that we needed to look no further. Our loved one is happily settled there now and loves the people , staff and the food. We continue to have every concern and question dealt with in a friendly and prompt manner by everyone who works there, with special recognition of all the many many things that Paige has done to help us on an almost daily basis. She is a true professional in every way. We are so happy to have found this facility and recommend it highly to anyone.

Arcadia is the best senior living community in Bowling Green. All of the staff are warm and inviting and make the residents feel like family. Food is served restaurant style in the dining room with many options. Many activities to fit all abilities and interests. So glad my parents chose to move here.

Arcadia Senior Living is a phenomenal facility that has been such a blessing to my mom and our entire family. The staff is amazing , professional and always willing to help. Our Mother moved into Arcadia two years ago. Having lived alone since the passing of our father, she was reluctant to give up her independence and wary of sharing living space with so many other people, who she feared would be “strangers.” Since then, she has made many wonderful new friends, rekindled old friendships with people from her school and her church, and overcome her underlying shyness to participate in many group outings and clubs, and even take part in creating TikTok videos, which so far have been watched over 30 million times. Behind all of this is the attentive and caring Arcadia staff, who have truly provided her with a place she is proud and happy to call home.

My mother moved to Arcadia 5 years ago as one of the first 50 residents. She literally counted the days until Arcadia opened. We have not been disappointed! All Arcadia management and staff have been so nice and caring to Mom. She feels safe and comfortable in every respect. The many dining choices appeal to all tastes thanks to Chef Riggs and his incredible staff. Mom has always said, “If I can’t be at home, there is no better place to be.”

My 90 year parents moved to Arcadia a little over 2 years ago and love it. The staff is great as well as the never ending activities.

I moved my mother to Arcadia Open Arms at the end of April 2023. From my initial meeting with Paige, I knew Arcadia was the perfect fit. My mother loves it. The activities keep her engaged, the staff is loving and caring and she says the food is delicious. I have peace of mind knowing she is happy, loved and well cared for.

My sister is at Arcadia Senior Living Bowling Green. She has been there for 11 days now. The food has been good. She has been talking to some people and going to some activities. Everything has been going good thus far. She has a 1-bedroom apartment. They have a pool table and a little place to go for movies. They also check them out once a week for a movie, to go to Walmart, or that kind of thing. They also have cornhole, bingo, and that kind of thing. Once a week they have a thing where they discuss documentaries on world events. They have a sidewalk where you can go out and walk around. They have a walking group. They have a library. They have a beauty parlor that they can pay and have their hair done. They also have like a little spa room to get their nails done.

Last year, after lots of research and site visits to the area independent living facilities in Clarksville Tn, my Mom chose Arcadia. It was definitely the best choice for her. About a month ago, my father in law decided that it was time to make a similar decision. With the great experience that our family had with Arcadia in Clarksville, we didn't look anywhere else. Both Arcadia locations are extremely clean with a caring and highly organized staff. Well planned menus and lots of fun activities. We all could not be more pleased!

My dad has been at Arcadia since June of 2022 and he and the family could not be happier. The facility is like a cruise ship on land. Everything from the food, to the resident activities, to the staff are absolutely wonderful. We know that he is well taken care of and are so very thankful for that. I highly recommend the facility for anyone looking for an independent living arrangement.

Arcadia is the best assisted living facility that I have ever seen. Very clean & the food is excellent. The care that is provided to the residents is excellent & beyond what is expected. Employees are cheerful and know how to fulfill the clients needs. My mother is a resident there and I couldn’t be happier with her care. As a retired RN who has visited many such facilities in different states, Arcadia excels on all fronts!

I would recommend Arcadia Senior Living. I have lived here for a little over a year and have received excellent services. They have always met any needs/requests that I have had in the past year. I wish I would have made the move sooner!

I went to Arcadia Senior Living Bowling Green. The tour went very well. It's a beautiful place. They have all kinds of places where you can sit to read or have privacy or even to watch traffic, which I like to do. They had some balconies where you could go and sit when the weather was nice. They have a pool table, they have exercise machines. They also have exercise classes. They have a beautiful dining room, they have a beautiful room that's set up for people to entertain their family, they just have to supply their own food and stuff. They had a beauty shop and everything else. It's nice, but it's not for me. It's a newer building. However, the staff were not friendly at all. I said hello to two of the staff members and they acted like they didn't even want to acknowledge me. They were wearing purple scrubs. I've met a lot of people who live there and they were all friendly.

If you are looking for a place to ease your mind about your loved one being cared for and loved, Arcadia is the place. The staff and employees are awesome and caring people. They have made it a home to all the great residents there. I appreciate all they have done for us.

For years Mom talked about going to another Assisted Living facility in town ‘when it was time.’ When that time finally did come, we chose Arcadia Senior Living and we know in our hearts that we made the best choice! Pretty much from Day 1, Mom has been involved in many of the daily activities. She is about to turn 97 and is living a very full and complete life there amongst her newfound friends and Arcadia ‘family.’ I call them ‘family’ because they are very much like family - not only to her, but to us! We know many of the staff on a first name basis and they know us. In the 13 months Mom has lived at Arcadia, she has been genuinely happy and well cared for. She gets the assistance that she needs, yet still has a strong sense of independence. The staff, ALL the staff, work hard to care for their residents on a daily basis. I personally have witnessed several of the office staff ‘crossing over’ and serving lunch or providing other assistance whenever there was a need. In the times of inclement weather issues, Arcadia has done their very best to make sure residents are safe & cared for. I have joked that when I retire that I’m ready to move in there too! It truly is a great environment with the best staff I have even seen in an Assisted Living facility. Five Stars should be doubled to at LEAST 10 stars in my book!

If you have a loved one in need of assisted living then, look no further than Arcadia Senior Living. The staff and facility are excellent and the care and attention the resident receives is exceptional. The staff helped to make the transition from independent living to assisted living smooth and easy for our loved one. My mother in law is beyond happy and involved with many of the activities at the facility. One thing that impresses me the most about Arcadia is the staff knows her name and many of them also, know our family by name. They have a genuine concern for each resident and takes all precautions to keep them safe and happy whether it be related to COVID-19 restrictions or keeping them safe during extreme weather like a tornado. This brings a peace of mind to us, her family, to know she is being attended too. Arcadia is beyond our expectations and we would give them a 10 star if that was the rating!

I moved my mother here in December. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and facilities. My mom told me that she feels like she has another family now, the Arcadia family. She says that she is “Living the life of Riley now”. It is such a comfort to me to know how well that my mother is taken care of. I highly recommend Arcadia Senior Living and especially, the memory care unit to anyone considering how to take care of themselves or their loved ones.

I have been one of the hair stylists at Arcadia for almost 4 years now (since they opened), and I can’t say enough great things about this facility. Between the staff, residents, and family members - we truly feel like one big family. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new home for their loved one to look no further. Arcadia is the place to be!

My Dad has been a resident for almost two and a half years. He loves his home there and feels like he’s part of a community. The staff is wonderful and has created a fun, caring environment. They interact frequently with all residents, confirm their well-being, and maintain cleanliness. As well, there are always activities and events to choose from. The facilities are top notch, with several areas for residents to gather, including the dining room, theatre room, covered porches, lounge areas on each floor, work out room, a baking room/art studio and a cozy library. Don’t forget the coffee station!! We are so thankful for Arcadia and highly recommend them for anyone who may be thinking about a senior living home.

My mother moved to Arcadia on Dec of 2021. She was a piano teacher and church pianist all her life. When she saw the Hamilton grand in the dining room, she knew she would enjoy playing it. She has made many dear friends already, and is happy with the food and activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. ❤️

I can't say enough about this fantastic facility and the wonderful people tasked with taking care of its residents and the facility. All of the management and employees are so warm and welcoming to their residents and their families and they strive to ensure that the residents are comfortable and safe at all times. The apartments are clean and spacious. Resident activities are planned each day and social opportunities are abundant within the facility. It is a warm, loving and a great place for residents!

The food is delicious here and the staff is so nice! My husband and I have lived here for 2 and a half years and we love our 2 bedroom.

This is the best place you can be if you can't be at home! Its wonderful and I absolutely love my apartment here.

I have worked in the senior living industry since 2006 and Arcadia the best company I have ever worked for. My Mom and step-father moved in and agreed to try it for six months, they have now been living here for two and a half years and they LOVE it!!!

I have been a resident of Arcadia since October 1st, 2019 and would recommend Arcadia to anyone who might be searching for a carefree retirement home. The facility is top-notch and the staff are the best and have been superb in guiding us thru the difficulties involved with COVID 19. As of this date we have not had a single positive case among our residence or staff. Our Activities staff, first Paige and now Maitlin, have been very creative in keeping us entertained and active. We would be happy for you to come and see what Arcadia has to offer.

Searching for a very good Senior Living facility can be a daunting task, after all you are making a decision to place your loved one into a facility where every face is new. After reviewing other facilities in our area we chose Arcadia Senior Living because it was close and convenient. The facility is top notch with a vast array of amenities. The care provided from Senior Management through Resident Assistance has been beyond our expectations. Such a beautiful place. The staff is always caring and gracious to the families and residents. Exercise room, cooking, craft activities, movies and outings....never boring!
