The Beehive was highly recommended when I was looking for the right place for my mom. She has loved it from the beginning. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Daily activities keep her engaged and meal time is family oriented. All residents sit together like one big family. The staff learns what each resident likes to do and makes sure they have activities that encourage their social abilities, needs and preferences. I love it as much as mom does and the staff is always welcoming when I visit.

BeeHive Homes of Goshen is a wonderful senior group home located on a tranquil setting in Goshen, KY. My father has lived here for more than two years, and has received the best possible care, given with love and compassion. Eric, Jody and Tess and the entire staff always go above and beyond to care for all of the residents to ensure they are safe and comfortable. I can’t say enough nice things about BeeHive Homes of Goshen, KY, they are simply the best!

My mother resided at BeeHive Home in Goshen for over two years. The intimacy/ size of the facility met her needs. Her room and bathroom was always clean and accommodated her. The entire facility is always clean and smells welcoming. The staff is so kind and met all her needs. She was promptly given attention and assistance at all times. As I couldn’t be there everyday, the staff kept me informed, as needed, which I so appreciated. Every time I visited the meals wafted such wonderful scents of home cooking. She relished meals as they were so varied and delicious. She also enjoyed many group activities including games such as bridge, bingo, and trivia. She also looked forward to exercise, Bible study, movie viewing and art sessions. The front wrap around porch, back yard patio and the indoor sunroom were perfect for gathering with other residents as well as her family. Her grand children and great grandchildren loved to visit her in these accommodations. The kiddos loved to run and play in the backyard. I chose this facility after visiting several ones because it is intimate, easy for residents to navigate, homey and always decorated for every occasion. The residents gather in an intimate dining area for meals and activities which garners close community and opportunities for everyone to get to know one another, play games, celebrate occasions and holidays as well as their birthdays. They have bazaars throughout the year for the residents to “purchase” items for personal use or gift giving. They earn “Bee Bucks” as rewards for exercise, drinking lots of fluids, etc. They use their Bee Bucks to purchase items such as jewelry, stuffed animals, books (reading, coloring, find a word, crossword) lotions etc. My mother was excited about getting fun things as well for her great grandchildren when they visited. Eric Sherrard and the staff truly care about the residents and their families. They are “salt of the earth” caregivers and I, as well as my mom, was truly blessed.

My mom Betty lived at the Beehive for a couple of years before her passing. We loved the Beehive and are so thankful for the loving care she received! It is such a unique place, it is truly like a home setting. It has only 16 rooms, so it feels like family. They sit together on the porches and enjoy the beautiful setting. The residents all eat together and do activities together. The food is Awesome, Tess cooks for them and will accommodate special diets. She’s amazing! The staff is loving and kind and treats the residents with respect and dignity! Eric, the owner is great, he is very hands on and involved with the residents, playing games, helping serve meals, overall very engaged with the residents and staff! Jody is the manager, and she is so helpful with WHATEVER you need! I AM SO THANKFUL THAT MOM WAS ABLE TO LIVE OUT HER LAST YEARS AT SUCH A WONDERFUL FACILITY! Mary Lee

I volunteer at the Beehive often, and it is such an amazing place. The staff is very caring and the residents seem to really enjoy it there. I take my kids in, and everyone loves to have them around.

We have been VERY pleased with this facility! The staff, owner, Director are all wonderful! They keep the residents active, happy, and healthy.

Bee Hive Homes of Goshen seemed like an amazing place for personal care. We ended up needing memory care instead which was the only reason we did not choose this care home. The tour was wonderful.

Staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about their residents. I do not worry about my Mother being properly taken care of. Plus, she does many activities to keep her busy. If she were still at home, she would just be in bed all day feeling depressed. She has a lovely, LARGE room and it is kept very clean. Overall, facility is kept very clean as well.

My 95 year old father has lived at the BeeHive since January 2017 after my mother died. The staff at the BeeHive is the absolute best. Personal and loving care. I highly recommend this place for your elderly loved ones.

As you know, this year has been a trying time for all of us. I was able to visit my mother in January, but my planned visit for March was postponed due to the Covid-19 virus. My Mom has a lovely, spacious suite. The staff has been so attentive to her - I could not be more pleased with the care and compassion they have shown. With the quarantine restrictions the residents have been isolated from one another as well as from the activities they enjoy. This has caused some confusion for my mother, but again I have nothing but praise for the efforts the staff has made to help her understand the situation. I'm just hopeful that the social interaction can resume soon.

As a senior transport driver for T.C.C.A.A., I've noticed that Beehive is always clean and has an excellent, comfortable feel about it. I've been in several assisted living communities and this one's right there on top; if a 6-star rating were available, I'd go for that one!

My room is big. It's a suite. Everyone is so nice and good to me here. I want to stay here as long as I live. I love all of it. I tell everyone they would enjoy it.

My family and I have visited the residents at BeeHive several times. Everyone is so friendly, and my boys loved playing Bingo together! The facility is clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting our friends at BeeHive again when it’s deemed safe!

I help lead a group of Students for the High School ministry at Southeast Christian Church. This Christmas we had the privilege of bringing our students to the BeeHive Home in Goshen to spend some quality time with the residents. The residents loved it and so did our students. We cant wait to go back and fellowship with the marvelous staff and residents.

My mother is a resident here. She has been here a year now and we are just as pleased with the quality of care she is given, as the day we moved her in. They keep the residents entertained and are in constant contact with them encouraging them to participate in daily activities. I also love the fact that the Goshen community often includes them in their out reach. We constantly see young children and groups from this area who come in to entertain or visit with the residents. We love the staff at the Goshen BeeHive, they are always so loving and compassionate to the needs of all their residents.

Sorry, but I am having trouble providing the ratings. All categories of rating deserve a 5 star, in my opinion. My mother has lived at the Beehive of Goshen since 2016 and she has been quite happy there. The staff is very upbeat, helpful and encouraging. The residents enjoy a diversity of activities that are available. Extended family is invited for holiday events. All in all, it really is a comfortable home!

I highly recommend Beehive Homes of Goshen. My mother is a resident of the Beehive, and she loves the activities that are offered, the care she receives, and the friends she's made. The facility is well-managed and the workers are wonderful. This assisted living facility is definitely the place to "bee"!

I love the Beehive Homes of Goshen and I am so happy that my mother found it. All of the workers are absolutely wonderful and so caring. I have visited my mother many times since she moved there and I only have good things to say about the place and workers.

I cannot express enough how much I love this place. I had no idea that places like the BeeHive exist. My mother now has friends around to do things with, but she can also choose not to see her friends if she doesn’t feel like it. And it is great to know that someone is there to check on her if she were to need help. This is the place where I want to live someday.

My mother has lived in other senior facilities, both in KY and TX, and BeeHive of Goshen is by far the best place we have encountered. The physical amenities are top notch, and the staff is truly beyond compare. I cannot imagine a finer place to care for her or anyone.

My dog and I visit BeeHive regularly to offer pet therapy. It is a cute, clean, cheery environment, and we always enjoy visiting with the residents and staff 🐶🏠❤️

I have said, on several occasions, “I love you” to the staff. I have commented, “It smells so good in here, I wish my house smelled so clean.” The concept of bedrooms/personal living areas branching off from a central living area is perfect. Mom is 86 years old. She is happy, safe, and the staff loves on her like she is family. Thank you BeeHive Homes of Goshen. I love you. Oops, I did it again.

My father was a resident at Beehive Homes of Goshen for 17 months. After living by himself for eight years after my mother's passing, he was so happy moving to the Beehive. He enjoyed socializing daily with people his age and reacting with the staff. He especially loved sitting on the porch during the spring and summer months with his friends he had made at the BeeHive. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Everyone from the owner Eric, to Jody the manager and each of the caretakers treat the residents like their own family. The social programs and entertainment for the residents along with the various holiday celebrations we're always outstanding. Unfortunately my father developed Dementia and had to move to another facility where he shortly passed away at 94 yrs old. I volunteer at BeeHive Homes of Goshen and am very impressed with the warm and home-like environment. The staff are caring and attentive to the residents, treating them like family. It’s not uncommon to find residents sitting together in the common areas or on the front porch, sharing their stories with each other, playing games or watching television. It feels like you are stepping into someone’s home,

My mother loves the Beehive. The staff is so friendly and they honestly care about the residents. It's the next best thing to being at your own home. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for assisted living care.

My mother has been with Beehive Homes of Goshen for over a year now. She had previously lived in a large skilled nursing facility. The switch to Beehive was like "coming home". The facility is small, comfortable and welcoming. Her room is like a bedroom in a personal residence, a place she can call home. The large common area - living room, kitchen, and dining - encourages residents to socialize, be involved and connect with their "neighbors". There are many activity and event options for the residents. The staff is professional, friendly, and willing to assist residents as needed. My mother has fallen several times, and I have been very impressed with the staff's calmness and efficiency in handling the situation. The Beehive Homes approach to senior living is absolutely the best I've seen. Love it!

Lovely facility with caring and attentive staff.

Making a smooth transition for my aging parents was key. Eric and the staff were amazing at making them feel right at home. Because of the small number of residents, my parents get more attention to detail and their personal needs. The love and support offered here is a blessing. Our family is very thankful our parents are so happy living in their new home almost three years in April!

I live close by & drop magazines off for the residents so I see them on a regular basis. This facility is like a home. Staff is great & pays lots of attention to residents. It's clean, friendly & accessible. Residents are always happy & in good spirits. I would recommend this facility.

This facility is more like a home setting than other facility I visited. Staff is great and interact with residents on a daily basis. Food is home cooked and residents can special request meals. Facility is clean & views are breathtaking. It feels like home.

The BeeHive is a wonderful place! It's bright & beautiful, clean & very nice. My grandparents have lived there for over a year now & they are happy. I know they are taken care of there. The staff are helpful & cheerful. The residents are kind & some very funny! I trust that my grandparents are safe & happy together there. The girls that work here are all wonderful and take such good care of me. It's like having a dozen extra grandaughters! We all laugh a lot and have such a good time. They would do anything for me. It is lovely and comfortable here.

My grandma is a resident and when I went to visit her the people were so friendly and inviting. I love how open the space is. The residents were playing cards and having a great time. I would highly recommend this place.

I was worried when my Grandma was moved to an assisted living home, so I came out from california to visit her. It was so nice and she was having such a good time that I wish I could live there too! I am happy going home knowing that she is being well cared for.

Everyone at the Beehive is so nice and very attentive to all of the residents. I don't have to worry about my mom anymore as there is always someone there if she needs help. They take such good care of her!

I'm so glad we found the Beehive of Goshen for my mom. The small and homey atmosphere is so different from any other place we looked at. She is making new friends and we are very pleased with everything.

Beehive is a smaller assisted living residency compared to the larger facilities. My mother has flourished in this family type setting. All the employees are caring. They provide high quality of care. I highly recommend this facility.
