I gave only one star cuz I had to, my granny was there and Praise God she got moved today. They over medicated her and we bout lost her, very poor care, and don't call them cuz u may or may not get an answer..

Horrible experience. I was sent here for rehab after broken leg. After a few hours, I called my son and told him to get me out of there as early as he could get there the next morning. CNAs would take an hour, sometimes two, before my call light was answered. I was left lying in pain, needing pain meds, or needing the bathroom. To top it off, when my light was answered, some aides would tell me to hang on a minute, leave and never come back. It was a terrible experience.
They are not what they say they are on line. I saw this first hand. Don't take your love one to this location 馃檹
The staff was very friendly, and the facility seemed quite clean.

Unspecified 路 December 2021 Great staff, and wonderful environment! Residents are always having activities. They go above and beyond to meet the needs and care for their residents. The therapy team is amazing, and they also have a in house nurse Practioner that sees patients everyday.
Unspecified 路 October 2021 It's rediculous that on the weekend no body answers the phone and u can't get any answers or report when something happens to your loved one. My mother n law has gotten two bruises on the side of her head and nobody notice until we said something. No report was ever filed until it got ugly. If I ever see another bruise on my mother in law or see or hear about the nurse dragging her to her room I will get my lawyer involved. She's only been there not even a month. She's been in pain and they hadn't given her her pain meds. I have a degree in human resources so I'm extremely aware of the law and they don't want lawsuit slapped on them. Just wait ing for next visit or report from someone else that's visit that's not good and they are going to wish they took their job and the people they employed seriously.

One Time Had Good Friend That Work Here And Sometimes Play Something On The Piano.
Would Be Nice If This Nursing Home Had 2 Pianos.
Just In Case Somebody Wants To Play Something For Entertainment.

The staff was wonderful, took my grandmother right in got her settle and comfortable. Was available for any questions we needed answered.
The staff is so helpful and kind. They were able to help us get everything in order quickly.
I think that the staff in this facility are wonderful, they go out of their way to be sweet and to make the residents comfortable.
