I can’t get admissions on the phone or even get a callback. Business must be that good. Going through the toughest time of my life and I can’t even get basic answers. WTH???

Nice nursing home. My spouse gets good care here, and I appreciate it! I've heard an improvement in the food is in the works. :-) Steak & eggs for breakfast, shrimp cocktail for lunch, spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Can't beat it.

My mother was here for one night before I had her moved. I went after work to visit her and saw that something was desperately wrong. I asked them to take her to the ER. They let me know that THEY get to decide when she goes and when she doesn’t. I asked them to check her vitals. After 10 minutes of searching for a blood pressure cuff that they couldn’t find, the nurse went to her car to get to get her personal one from her car only to find the batteries dead. I left hysterical and arrived the next morning to my mother not at the nursing home but at the emergency room. I asked the new nurse what had changed throughout the night that NOW she needed help and the new nurse said that my mom should have gone the day before! I got her transferred and went to pick up her things and they stole her brand new pack of ensures . I have recordings of every conversation if ANYONE at their facility cared enough to do anything about the tragic care these people provided my mother.

Sharing for Brighton at the Promontory a Cornerstone Community; Mary was awesome through the whole process. She was always willing to get the information we requested or would direct us to the right person if it wasn't in her purview of responsibility. She went above and beyond to meet us when we needed at the new home during construction or to see something in the model we needed to measure. This has been a wonderful experience all the way through. A "meant to be" opportunity for my wife and I.

We absolutely love our new home at Brighton, Promontory. In particular, Mary Brenier provided exceptional support throughout our home buying process. She made this experience smooth and welcomed us as family.
