I took my mother to visit her neighbor. I left in tears! The staff was so unfriendly! No one said hello, can I help you, or anything. The smell as soon as you walk through the door was horrible! The little man we visited had been there almost 2 weeks and had only been given 1 bath! He is in worse shape now than he was when he got there. So sad! I would never put any of my loved ones there!

The staff are just like family. They take great care of you.If you need anything they will get it for you .

This place did not treat my mom well, way too understaffed for all the patients they have. Lots of rude and mean nurses that I have witnessed myself. And they did not treat my moms wound with proper care, putting on wound bandages wrong, not knowing how to work a wound vac, etc. they didn’t even call me as her emergency contact when she went to the hospital for sepsis. Not professional at all

Heartwarming staff that initially make you feel your loved one is in the best of hands. Lots of activities, programs and outside engagement to entertain. Unfortunately it becomes clear near the end of “rehabilitation service provision” that the PT and nursing staff have failed to focus on strengthening. In fact, there is clear effort to bill Medicare/ Private insurance for services not in evidence of need. For example, without ever being informed my mother was no longer wearing her dentures and was having her meat puréed so that they could charge her for “speech therapy” to so called strengthen her chewing. They also gave up on attempting to increase her independence with respect to toileting. It is a well run “institution”. Just clearly not patient focused.

The staff and residents are like family :)

My mother stayed here several weeks for pulmonary rehab. It's never easy for anyone to be away from home but the care she received was phenomenal!! The staff was well trained, hard working, and very friendly.

Great place for old people.

My grandfather stayed here for rehab several weeks and was treated with such great care! He was not happy to be in he nursing home however the staff took great strides to make his stay comfortable and get his health back on track. There are lots of activities for he residents to do daily and events fit them to participate in as well!

Several friends and family have been patients here and have received excellent care from caring staff!

Both my Grandmothers and father-in-law were residents. Friendly and caring staff. Thank you for the great care!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Every nurse and cna work together and care for the residents.
