I had a family member who was in this place for a few months until we could rescue him. His tiny bedroom had 2 other men in it and everything about this place was horrific. I’m shocked that he didn’t catch some deadly disease as the place hasn’t been cleaned & disinfected for years. Other residents told each other that they were going to fake a fall because they knew that 911 would be called. They would rather be in the Carroll County Hospital than in this dump. My relative did pass out in the bathroom after his medications got delivered to the wrong place and he went 3 days without them. The sad thing is that this place is 1 of the few places that accept Medicaid patients. No one should have to live in these conditions. The owners must pay the inspectors as this place needs to be condemned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Walked past this place one time without holding my breath and passed out. Pretty sure this is where the cdc test cures for cancer that aren’t a thing yet just getting ahead of it because this place is where cancer originated.

Horribly disgusting facility. Please please please I beg you to never give them a dime. Do not leave your loved ones here. Look at prior reviews and the pictures posted. This place is run down and in deplorable condition, it needs to be shut down. I cannot believe anyone would leave anyone here, let alone an elderly person.

Visited this place today to try to find a safe and stable facility for my Mom (July 13th 2019) this is a place that nightmares are made of! I posted several pictures of the bathroom, the closet, etc of the room where the staff stated was cleaned and ready for my Mom. I even walked them back in there to allow them the chance to tell me they had made a mistake and it wasn’t the correct room..... nope she continued to tell me it was ready and clean!!!! This place needs to be shut down! I will be calling everyone in God’s country to make that happen! Never and I mean never take anyone you love or even slightly care about to thi place!! The whole place smells of urine and feces, the rooms are unsanitary, the place is falling apart and the best part is they are funded (what money, after taking the residents whole check, they charge come out of our tax dollars!!! Please please please don’t take your loved ones here and if you have people here, find somewhere else to take them! This place is a death sentence!
