Wanda Meador needs to be fired if this is the way she's going to treat her patients! Locking them outside the vehicle while she goes in the mall to shop is neglect and it's unacceptable!!! What sick person does that???

They have employees who leave elderly people they are looking after to stand outside of there cars in the rain while they shop. And when confronted they think it's funny and laugh about it!
