Reviews
for Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation
Mama was there for 2-1/2 months. She was happy there (even tho she complained about the food. She was on mechanical ground and no one would like that). Pam was her favorite nurse. She enjoyed the group therapy, but not the physical part because she was in so much pain. Amanda in the business office was a God send to me, guiding me thru all the insurance stuff and never giving up. I’m forever grateful for her. Everyone was so nice and caring. When Mama passed (in the hospital, 8/8/25) they were all so compassionate when we went back to clean out her room. It takes a special person to work with elderly residents and I have the utmost respect for the ones who do. Thank you to Creekwood for a beautiful facility inside and out.
The facility is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean and welcoming, and the staff is fantastic! Memaw loves it here.

Great place
Amazing management and staff. Beautiful facility. Patient care is top priority. Couldn’t ask for a better nursing and rehab facility!!!!!
Wonderful place, strives to provide great care.
Blessed to be a part of this team caring for our community!
First off my dietary manager Tiffany was phenomenal. She did her best to make the kitchen a better place but had came in to a disaster about 6 weeks after I did. The employees were trash, lazy, overly spoiled to the "old ways" refused change as well as acted entitled to certain schedules and procedures. Example? We had an employee who only bagged silverware, cutting tickets, put milks in the 4 whole refrigerators (wowww), put salt/pepper/condiments on drink carts and put up dishes when they were dry. THAT'S IT, for 8 hours. Refused to help with anything else. Pathetic right? It gets worse. The day shift cook who didn't like her job, made the minimal effort to make food, left early everyday leaving her dishes to an autistic employee she tricked into believing she was his friend! It disgusted me the way she played with him like a pawn, then trash talked him behind his back. We had employees there who left their duties on others by playing the pity card. Then they kissed so much company behind it didn't matter what you said. They were permanent. I got truly fed up when my back up cook "fell" during the week before Thanksgiving AGAIN for the 4th time in her employment there (rehire) filing a workers comp claim, leaving ME to work her weekends Plus my own and cover her for the holidays whilst she either came in to work and sat playing on her phone, or got to stay home. We seen her walk around without her crutches like nothing hurt but because of lack of cameras we couldn't legally prove it Several employees even seen her outside of work functioning fine without the crutches, BUT, boss couldn't fire her though because she filed the claim. The upper management never listened to my boss, they locked half of the food "order guide" and left us with the absolute minimum options to feed our residents. I mean don't get me wrong I loved cooking for them and making them happy but we couldn't ever get them A FRACTION of what they really wanted. But by far the most ridiculous thing I dealt with there was the childish games that went unpunished. A grown woman turning off equipment needed to feed the residents, sabotaging meals out of spite that caused the residents to suffer didn't even end in a write up. What a joke. I wouldn't even offer to mention an opening to Amber Heard, let alone my worst enemy. Steer clear unless you love drama, expect no recognition for working correctly, and want to be stressed constantly at work!
The staff and administrators at CWN facility did an outstanding job in taking care of my 93 yr old mother for the short term she was at their facility. Their Social Services point of contact, Tiffany was on point with detailed information; she was also mom's assigned Angel; Candace, the RN, was professional and helpful; Carrie, Business Mgr., navigated a billing issue we were having w/Anthem BCBS; she got it resolved in a timely manner and Ms. KRISTY, Administrator, was an absolute bester professional I have ever encountered. My mom was taken care of with 100% excellence. Business Mgr and and Kristy, the facility's Administrator were all outstanding. information period of
I love this facility!! Our residents, families, staff are amazing!!! We love... given the opportunity to provide care to those that can’t care for themselves or just need some rehab to get back home!!
Great place everyone is treated like family.
A great facility
I love this facility! They take amazing care of my family member! No facility is perfect and if an issue arises, it gets addressed, and that is what matters. These people do a wonderful job doing a job that we can't do ourselves!
I love this facility! Gorgeous inside and out...the staff are amazing. Caring, dedicated and the best around. Highly, highly recommend!!!
Just saw they did a fishing event for the residents. Brought in fish and small tanks, the residents looked so happy!
My friend chose this place after her surgery because there wasn't any other nursing with an available bed. She has messaged or I call her everyday with a complaint about the staff. They are very unprofessional when keeping stuff confidential; they walk around and tell other staff members and patients what she is saying. They are letting her lay there without a bath or take their time when she needs to go too the bathroom. I would not recommend this place for a family member.
My friend had a family member there the care they received there was not good. They were very unprofessional, rude, and when it come to answering call lights lets just say staff was more interested in themselves than their patients. It use to be a wonderful place to stay I was very embarrassed cause I recommend the place to them.
THEY DID NOT CALL US WHEN MY GREAT GRANDDADDY DIED AND THEY TELL US THEY ARE GOING TO CALL US THEY ARE NOT GOOD
1st 24 hours...horrible. staff refused to help family to bathroom. PT was reason for stay. PT staff went home without any PT done. Day date board in room not updated. Do not know who nurse is. Next 24 hours same as the 1st. Excuses due to weather but we were able to drive there 3 times over 24 hours. Patient suppose to be up and walking multiple times a day. They have left patient lying in bed for 2 days.
Beautiful facility!
Great facility and staff. They took great care of my Dad last year.
