Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation

I mean wow. WOW!! This place is just too freaking notch. My aunt has been there for a few months now, and I swear she is the happiest she’s been in years! She gets the best care here. The staff treat her like family, and to top it off, she is healthy! I mean compared to the other places around here, YOU CAN GET NO BETTER THAN ELLIOTT NURSING AND REHAB!!

This is the place where I done my clinicals for school! Out of the places I have worked and been to this is definitely top #1 on my list for sure! The entire staff was friendly and always lending a hand to help and answer questions that we had! The place was very clean and smelled great, thank you so much for allowing us to help you guys and answering our questions, if I didn’t live so far away this would be a place I chose to work at for sure , loved talking with the residents

Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation has taken care of several of my family members and my friend’s family members. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The administrative staff conduct the nursing home with great pride and integrity! They do great activities with the residents. They also help to involve and support the community.

So clean and such friendly staff!

The administrators and staff are the worst. They are on their personal cellphone all the time. The administrators are always unavailable to speak to. Don’t put your love one in this facility.The patients are being neglected. My brother has been in this facility for rehab for 30 days with no improvement. He has fallen (4) times because the staff doesn’t answer their call button. He needs assistance to go to the bathroom. The food is always cold. When he ask the staff to warm the food it takes forever. Caution… once you get your love ones in these facilities it’s hard to transfer them out to another facility.

A dear friend of mine, Jerome Johnson, was a patient in your facility for a while. While visiting him today in February of 2024, he couldn't say enough good about your place and the staff that took care of him.

Staff were very friendly, good was good and rooms were clean, I was greeted by all staff as were my family on a daily basis. Very homey atmosphere that I would recommend to anyone,

I have had a family member in the facility. I can definitely say they went above and beyond to make sure all of his needs were met, he was clean, kept comfortable and the facility always smells fresh & clean I would definitely recommend this facility too others.

My papaw, my husband’s papaw and mamaw were all cared for in the Elliott county nursing and rehab facility. During their stay, the care was excellent and the staff were amazing! They all went well above and beyond to help care for all of our loved ones. They were kept bathed, feed, and were offered many activities throughout the day to keep them occupied. They also done very well with rehab therapy to help them improve as well and I would highly recommend this nursing home.

My aunt was treated so well when she was at Elliott Nursing Home. The staff were so kind to her and when several of them attended the funeral, I was blown away. They take pride in taking care of the people in there facility.

My dad stayed at the nursing home, during his stay there he was provided excellent care. Each person took great care of him. He is home now and doing great, if he had to go back to a nursing home it would be Elliott.

ECNR is a very friendly nursing home. I can’t say they wasn’t under staffed i think all is, but I:will say the staff they had was all very friendly most seemed to care about the residents like family. You had a complaint or new ailment the nurses was on it as soon as you told them and would immediately contact the dr no matter what hour it was, if it was something that needed x-ray or bloodwork it was ordered. If the aides seen a red spot they would report it and treatment would start. I spent a little over a year there needing therapy to get up, moving and walking it took awhile but with a very great therapist, she got me up walking, I’m now home and very thankful to the therapy department, activity department all the aides and nurses, I hope I never have to go back to a nursing home but I will say if I do I would definitely want it to be back at Elliott County. They have the best executive director if you have a problem and get no answers anywhere else, her door is always open not that I ever had to take that route but I knew it was an option because she would tell you, come to me if you need to. I had a lot of faith in the Director of nursing she knew her stuff. Social worker was always available to help with appointments or whatever you needed. Ever office personnel there was always offering to help the resident or visitors, not like some places where you hardly can’t get an answer out of them when ask. Activities department always had several activities planned throughout the day. You know your in a caring place when all the workers gets upset when losing a resident I’ve seen many workers with tears running down their cheeks because they just lost someone.
