I visited Hallmark House. The director took us around and showed us the place and the rooms, the facility, and everything. They were very good and they spent a lot of time with me. It was very well laid out and safe where the patients couldn't get out, but they had plenty of room to roam and they had very nice rooms for them to stay in. Everything was handicap accessible, very clean, and they had a nice activities director. It was a very nice facility. They had a patio where they could go outside. I met with the director of nursing, and she was very, very good, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

While visiting a friend ,I was very pleased with the way the caregiver was dancing with a resident . The smile on her face was priceless. My friends room was very clean , I was asked several times if I wanted a drink . I give them 5 stars
