Heritage Place

My mother spent her last days living happily at Morning Pointe. She was very active until the end and really liked the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to her and to me. She was able to participate in many planned and spontaneous activities at the center such as playing cards and bingo, listening to live music, and more. I am thankful that she was taken care of well.

So glad we were given this facility to check out for our step mother. They assured us she would work out here. She had received excellent assistance and encouragement. It is a gem in our community and the cost is very reasonable. More people should check into this nice facility.

The staff at Heritage Place was very friendly, and they seemed very caring about their residents. The residents were very friendly. They seemed to have adequate staffing, and they had activities going on for the residents. I spoke to a couple of people that live there and they're very happy about it. They all had positive remarks. The place was clean and we're very pleased. The room had a small kitchenette area, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. When you walk in the door, beyond that was a small place with a table. And then beyond that was a small living area for a small couch and a television. The bathroom was handicap accessible, and then there was a bedroom, which was an appropriate size for a queen size bed. They have a salon and an exercise room. The facility was very well-kept. I've been in touch with the staff for several weeks now, asking for follow-ups and updates on Dad, and everything about how he's doing in rehab. They're great.

The staff at Heritage Place is very friendly. And the residents really enjoy being there. I had several who stopped me when I was touring and encouraged me to bring my mom there because they really love living there and thought she would love it too. The facility is a little bit dated and could use some refurbishment. But the staff takes good care of people, and the residents seem to love it there.

My mother's stay with Heritage has been nothing short of a miracle. She is happy and secure in the routine and sincere kindness in all staff. Thank you Heritage for being available!

This is an excellent environment. They are enthusiastic here. I believe this is a nice place for my elderly loved ones. My loved ones call it a resort. The staff are eager to help and quick to respond to questions or concerns the family has about our loved ones. The medication management is a care type for my loved ones are receiving, (if they are community is busy or you need to pick up your loved one for an appointment, the community won't give the medication to your loved one at the specified time).

We chose Heritage Place because when I was looked the price was right and the staff here seemed a lot friendlier and more organized than some others we looked at. The room sizes here are great. The staff all try their hardest and I would recommend them to others looking.

The staff members at Heritage Place are very friendly and really do their best to make you feel at home. However, due to the covid restrictions still there aren't to many activities going on for the residents.

The building is designed so most everyone has a view overlooking the courtyard. Heritage has a family atmosphere and caring staff. [name removed] , the Activity Director, has a full schedule of activities from Bingo, Corn hole, Exercise Class, Music, Arts and Crafts, etc. There is something for everyone. They provide transportation to appointments if needed. Meals are served in the dining room or if a resident chooses they can eat in their room. Our family is pleased with the care received. Best of all, this is home to my father and he loves it there. I highly recommend Heritage Place.

My family member is a long time resident of Heritage Place. The facility is well kept with comfortable rooms, some of which open on a landscaped courtyard. The staff and employees are very caring and work to accommodate any request that my family member has made. He loves it here and considers it home. He enjoys the activities as well as a well stocked library. They provide transportation to what ever event or location in town that he wishes to visit. They will also transport to doctor's visits, if needed. I would highly recommend Heritage Place Signature Healthcare in Owensboro, KY/

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The food is good and they keep the community clean. The grounds are well maintained. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

My Mam-maw stayed at the Heritage Place after she fell off of her active day adult day care bus. The staff took pretty good care of her there although she did not have her own room and had to share a room with someone. It had an old musty smell to the room and the TV didn't function as well as it could have but it sufficed. She also said that the food there was okay but she wasn't all that crazy about it. Overall, the Heritage Place is a good assisted living home but it needs a bit of improvement here and there.
