Acquaintance · April 2025 The facility needs updating at this time. Needs larger earring area and sitting area. There is only enough sitting space for 6 people and there are so many people residing there.
Acquaintance · April 2025 Cozy and small family environment. Everyone who works there is amazing. They are so patient and kind! Food is country cooking and excellent. The rooms are always clean and they go over and above on holidays for the residents with parties and special celebrations.
Acquaintance · November 2023 My mom feels at home here and constantly tells me the food is good! They have a wonderful leader in Russellville and the staff is always nice.
We are fortunate to have a nice facility in our community.
It has worked out very good for our family.
Acquaintance · November 2023 In the bustling rhythm of our daily lives, we often find ourselves in a whirlwind of responsibilities and commitments. Amidst this, some unsung heroes bring peace and stability to our world – the dedicated team at Hometown Manor, where my father resides in assisted living.
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the incredible staff. Your commitment to caring for and genuinely enriching the lives of those you look after is nothing short of inspiring.
You ensure that my father's room is more than just a space – it's a home, kept clean and comfortable. From the meals you prepare, the smiles and kindness mean more to family than you probably know. Big heart thank you
Your work may seem thankless sometime, but please know that it doesn't go unnoticed. You are not just staff; you are guardians, friends, and extended family. Your dedication is a source of comfort not only to the residents but to us, their families, who rest easier knowing you are there
Unspecified · October 2022 The staff at Hometown Manor Assisted Living - Russellville seems very caring. The meals are great. My mother-in-law is well cared for. Her medications are given to her correctly. She likes it there. All of the other residents seem to be very happy there. You can visit at any time. If you feel that the resident is OK, then you're able to take them out for an outing if you wish. They have birthday parties for them. They have special events once a month for them. They play games. It's a real nice place. I would recommend it to anyone. She has one large room with a bed, a sofa, her TV, a chair, a table, a restroom, and a walk-in closet. They have smaller rooms, and they have a couple that are for two people. It just needs a little bit of updating.
Unspecified · December 2021 Hometown Manor in Russellville is great. They had an easy move-in process, are really welcoming, and really tried to get to know my mother-in-law right away. It's a very small community. I think there are 17 residents in total, so it's very individualized. She said it's sort of a big family. The staff is very caring, very personable, and really attentive. They have games, movies, outings, holiday celebrations, and a little bit of everything. They also have outdoor spaces.
Unspecified · December 2021 My mom moved into Hometown Manor Assisted Living - Russellville last month. It is nice. There are only 16 to 17 residents at a time, so it's really small. They have 24-hour staffing. All the meals are provided. They do the laundry and housekeeping. They have a common area so that everybody can get together, talk, and do crafts. They're very professional. They help with organizing medications. They're very personable. The manager and her two daughters also work there, so it's family-oriented. My mom has a little dog, and she can have the dog there. They just have to pay a little extra, but she can have a pet there as long as it's something that's not too big or it's safe. So they're good with pets. It's not too far from the stores. There is no transportation, though. They would have to have someone do transportation to transport them to wherever. But the doctor's office and a hospital are right by there. There's also a nursing home on the same road and a senior living facility. So there are three options there.
The staff members are professional, really nice, and friendly. The facility is very clean. It's very homey. I got to eat Thanksgiving dinner with them, and it was good. It was like good southern cooking. They don't put a lot of flavorings in it because they're sensitive to everybody's diet. The person that makes the food makes it homemade every day and very nutritional. The residents can have other things if they don't want what's being served. They can have something else. They do have arts, crafts, and games there. There is a church right across the road too.
