Jefferson Crossing Senior Living

I picked this community because I liked the facility, and the rooms. I like the cleanliness. It's a nice location. I would recommend to others.

This is not anything at all like the description! The gates don't work They stay open all the time and have been non operational for years It's extremely noisy A lot of street traffic (cars/motorcycle racing ) There's been a shoot and carjacking/kidnapping, cars vandalized (cadelitic coverts stolen) The manager is difficult to deal with (she's bothered if you speak to her ) Your Interrupting HER WORK Good luck getting stuff fixed And if you complain your told " if you don't like it then move out Or "Why do you live here if your so unhappy " It's not a good place for your Mom Not luxury as the would have you believe Vinyl stick down floor that peals up Security gates that don't work Dangerous area

I chose Jefferson Crossing because it is a 55+ community, it is a gated community which made me feel much safer, and there are not a whole lot of units which means it is not overly crowded. The apartment sizes here are very good. I would recommend to others looking.

Jefferson Crossing is wonderful and I was very impressed when I first toured the facility. They do have an elevator and it’s not a large sized community. The property is gated so it’s secured; there is a BBQ/grilling area, a pet area, and garages. They do provide activities for the residents and there’s this women’s thing that they have every Wednesday. The staff team here is very informative. There are bulletin boards on every floor and you can’t miss it with information and updates. Someone is always in the office so they are readily available if you have any questions with anything. This is a brand new independent living property which is great and it definitely was a factor in our decision. I recommend this community to other families, if I could I would rate it a 6 star.
