Exceptional Service!!! 10 Stars. My mother came to JTown Rhab skilled facility in 2023 because of a fall. I was not familiar with their facility’s offerings nor their staffing services. My mother transferred from being Temporary Rehab resident to a Permanent Long term resident. Two years later, she has transitioned to a permanent resident seamlessly. She is SO Happy! The staff is Awesome from Management to the lowest ranked employee. They love taking care of the residents and providing many.on-site activities, shopping trips, and many opportunities to enjoy a meal at an off-site restaurant. They facilitate and promote an atmosphere of the facility being the Residents HOME. The facility is clean and the meals tasty. They will wash the residents clothes at no additional charge. The ICING on the CAKE, is they actually will and does take my Mom to her monthly medical appt. at NO additional cost!!! This was HUGE for me because I used to order a Uber for this to be done. If your one needs a permanent placement long term placement, contact Freddie Garrison and take a tour. You won’t be disappointed! Guaranteed peace of mind that your love one is being properly taken care of.

Everyone there was very kind.I have volunteered a few times for special events,I enjoyed it very much, I would do it again.

My grandmother moved into Jeffersontown Rehabilitation. She was in the hospital and needed to go somewhere, and they were very quick to respond and offer me assistance and paperwork to get done. They just made the transition very easy. She's currently still in the rehab room. They're supposed to be moving her, but I'm not sure when they're going to. Right now, she has a single room and when they move her to long-term care, she'll be in a double room. The facility is clean. When it comes to activities, she really can't do anything. They tried with the PT, but she physically wasn't able to do it. They do have different activities, but she's not interested in them, so they're kind of at a loss for her. For the staff, the ones I've dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable.

I really appreciated the passion the caregivers had for all the residents. My father InLaw was there in 2023, I can’t say thank you enough for all the compassion and kindness from the administrator to the floor staff. There are not enough words to capture how thankful we are.

Very poor management and extremely poor communication.

Intercom in my room wasn't working during entire stay. Had a fall because I had no way to ask for assistance. I had to lie in my soiled bed for long periods of time because I had no way to ask for assistance. Daily hygiene wasn't provided, neither in bed nor assisted shower. Just a depressing and undignified experience

There is so much to say, I’ve never been so disrespected by nurses who are taking care of my father. They are not following Covid protocols and they keep complaining about how short staffed they are, That is not our problem. The website is a joke it is false information. If I could take him home I would but it’s not possible. It’s the disrespect I can’t understand, what if it was their family member. I could go on but things won’t change. Going to look for a different rehab but anymore people don’t care about the elderly.

Wow! You all are amazing! My mom is happy, clean and healthier than she has been in a while. The staff is amazing! They love my mom! They treat her with dignity and respect! They are patient with her dementia. Look no further. You have found the right place for your loved one.

This is the quaint and home like facility!!! The staff is super sweet!! This is one of the best in Louisville ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a place I wouldn’t want to watch my dog. I came to visit a friend and this place has incompetent employees. They care about no one and work harder to get out of work then if they just do their job. I have heard horror stories from one resident, friends of other residents and an ex-employee. This is shameful to treat the elderly or handicap like garbage. What if u were in here and needed help and this is how you are treated. I’ve listened to this craziness for over a year now and it’s never getting better but worse. If the employees hate their job so much then quit and find another line of work. You can’t treat humans like cattle. Herd them in, collect $$ from the state and then treat residents worse than a dog. This place is why nursing homes get a bad reputation. This is the prototypical example of what is wrong with many nursing homes. Thank god my grand parents don’t live here or I’d be there every day protesting and reporting to any news or social organization I could. If anyone else has someone living here and being treated inhuman we need to look into all actions we can take to make change or get these employees fired. They make ppl wait hours for som that should take mins, they avoid any sort of responsibility prob at the highest levels. I can’t give out too many details becsuse I truly believe that the employees could punish the patients there in response to criticism. I’ve seen how childish and unprofessional these ppl are and wouldn’t put anything pass these employees. There may be some homes that treat residents with respect but this one definitely does not. I will be posting more on neighborhood apps, Facebook, instagram and then looking to report this place for abuse and incompetence.

I want to thank the Staff at JR for their care of me recently . The workers for the most part were very dedicated and took good care of me. I ant to than Jennifer and my side Amanda she’s awesome . The rehab team were good too . Food not so much

My mom was admitted to this facility for rehab purposes after spending 3 wks in a hospital bed. The facility was very clean, had tons of activities (there was a cute ice cream social the day we showed up 😁). The staff was top notch, super friendly and very helpful. If you're looking to place your loved one in a facility, I highly recommend Jeffersontown Rehab!

My mother-in- law enjoyed her time while she was at JTown rehab, (especially the ice cream social.😉) Very friendly staff that made her feel welcomed, a clean and upkept facility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs long term healthcare.

My Father was a patient here in 2018-2019 he called it “the torture chamber” it got to the point we would go check him out as soon as therapy was over and did not bring him back until we had to. Management would literally turn the other direction when they saw us coming in. Management would not return calls, case management would not return calls, when issue was brought up no one followed through with any of our concerns. Staff needs more training. I will never send another person that i love to this facility. The only positive thing i have to say was that their PT,OT department staff was very helpful and supportIve. My father had fallen and was not found for hours. No one was checking his vital signs before giving his medications. He was there for wound care when a new wound came about the nurse literally argued with me to the point i had to ask her to leave my fathers room. Pitiful place.

I'd like to speak to corporate about an issue but can't find the information, I'd rather it he corporate than an employee from this facility due to the issue.

My mother in law is there and says when she rings for them it takes an hr or longer. She also fell busted her head open, tried to get help but noone came. When she finally came to she laid there and clean up the blood from her head. This place needs to be closed down or needs people who actually cares about the residents/ patients. She says she cant use the rehab equipment but her insurance pays for her to be there and they get her social security.

I have been in here for a month now. Everyone that works here seem happy and cheerful. It's more like they are a family than coworkers. It is always so clean in here. The food is delicious. I had previous experiences with finding a place for my mother in law. This is by far a much better facility than the one she w as in. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical rehabilitation. I am very , very pleased with our choice !!!!! You will be also if you decide to J-town Rehab!!!

I really enjoyed being there. I would do anything if I could come back. They really took good care of me and there rehab is really good there to. I enjoyed the staff there and really met a really good friend there to. There food could’ve been better but have had worse. I rate this place 5 stars and wished they would take me back.

My husband is currently a resident of JTown Rehab. The staff and nurses have been great. They are very compassionate and a great job helping my husband recover his mobility after an injury. He has multiple health issues such as COPD, heart failure and liver and kidney failure so he needs lots of care. The physical therapy staff works daily with him and he is improving daily. Also, the administrative staff is wonderful. They have been very responsive to me with any concerns or questions I have about this whole process, which can get very complicated. They have helped me plan our next steps. The day my husband was transferred to JTown Rehab, I went there to meet with admissions to complete paperwork and as I was waiting, I got the chance to overhear the staff talking with other resident's family members and I was very impressed with how they handled everything with professionalism but also genuine caring

Jeffersontown Rehab has very dedicated staff. The Nurses and CNA’s go above and beyond for their residents.

The staff here is All Grain like courteous and a tenant for the residence

My wife recently spent two weeks at Jefferson town rehab. the medical staff erin, Dion, and Sandy, provided excellent care for my wife and were instrumental in helping us have an unforgettable 63rd wedding anniversary. Teresa, the social worker, also did an excellent job in arranging her dismissal

Great caring staff

My mother had to be admitted to this facility due to breaking her hip and she needed rehabilitation to get back to a more normal level before being able to return home. The faculty are always kind and helpful and the Administrator Rosie goes above and beyond to be helpful. She is truly an amazing person who cares about the people in her care

I highly recommend Jeffersontown rehab. This place always goes above and beyond with their services. All the staff are wonderful and compassionate. The care they provide is second to none!

My mother-in- law was in bad condition given a short time to live when she arrived at Jtown rehab. That was months ago thanks to the excellent care she has received at Jtown Rehab she is still with us today. Great staff, clean facility and a beautiful facility.

My mom has been a resident for over a year. She came there from the hospital with a week to live. The nursing and rehab staff worked tirelessly to get her to where she is today. The whole staff treats her like family and has been there for her when we couldn’t. She says it is the cleanest place she has been in. The building and property is kept very nice. We couldn’t be happier!

I’m thankful for the staff at Jeffersontown Rehab as they have all been helpful and attentive to my family. COVID made things hard when we couldn’t visit our loved one, but the staff at this rehab made us feel better during such a hard time. I’m glad we chose this place for our loved one.

Our family is going to be sending my uncle to Jeffersontown when he discharged from the hospital for rehabilitation. The admissions director has been very helpful through this process. It's good to know he will be well taken care of and he will be close to home so that we can visit easily when we are allowed.

My mother was resident water never available to her.

I have a family member that resides in this facility and I could not be happier with the service they are receiving. I had a conversation with the admissions director when we had to make the decision of what to do and Rosie made it so much easier for us to move forward with moving our family member there. We are so thankful for their care and we have a feeling of peace that she is taken care of.

The staff is rude my grandma is dying and they won’t let my family in to see her.. this place is the worst

Horrible place! Total neglect of my loved one. No regular showers, laundry service is a joke, food was subpar, could be hours before anyone would respond to the attention button. Do not send loved ones here. Couldn’t wait to move him!! The only bright spot was the social services lady. She was the only person that seemed to care

The residents all looked neat and clean. They seemed happy and content, and were enjoying a Christmas party with Christmas carols and Santa plus gifts while I was there.

My experience was very good. The staff are friendly. They provided the care needed. They were respectful of individuals’ wishes for privacy. They were very responsive to inquiries and concerns. I had to move to be nearer family out of state but was pleased with how well I was treated during my stay in the long term care area.
