I love this facility, they take good care of my grandmother

I feel like not enough people say good things and only report the negative . So I want to thank the entire team for their care and support of my family during the time at the facility.

My father worked with therapy here and they did a great job getting him back mobile after surgery . Thank you to the therapy department and nursing staff

I’m grateful that my aunt had a good experience here. The staff truly made her feel happy. First time she felt welcome by everyone at the facility .

My mother was here and they took good care of her. Communicated to us her care. Facility has really been improving since 3 years ago when my mom was here

This building and staff have been there the whole step of the way with making sure my grandmother gets the care that she needs!

This facility has been very helpful with me and my family while taking care of my granddad,very communicative and also just a good and caring facility,the administrator is very friendly and committed to making sure each and every resident gets the care they need.

Absolutely horrible and needs to be shut down. If your loved ones are here please for the love of god get them out. Bed bugs every where. Poor patients have horrible bed sores. I’m talking deep where u can see bones. They are so neglected here.

They are very very rud they don't have respect at the front desk I would not send my love ones there lady at front desk bitched us out for going in and out of nursing home we should be able to go out anytime we want I would not send my love ones there that place is a joke

My sister is currently here, I'm desperately trying to understand how they forget to feed their patients? Is this normal for this place? This is on top of no medications for 20 hours. Even though they are perscibed every 4 hours? I'm confused on how this is acceptable care treatment

On first visit with my mother who is here for longterm care..not good first impression. Long wait for care. Not attentive to their patients and the food is not impressive. For anyone looking to place their loved ones in a good facility I would have to ask you to look the other direction on this place. This nursing care needs lots of work and better staffing to be able to accommodate all needs.

My brother had surgery and they sent him here....what a joke...I can't even get them to give him a message that his cell phone is t working so I cannot talk to him and I live three hours away!
