My mother loves one of her assistants. She is kind, comforting, and loves my mom as well. The overall feel of the place is one of compassion and concern for those they are caring for. Mom has been there for a year and we have only had one incident where it took forever to get someone to respond to her call. Normally they are very quick. They have frequent activities, movies, visiting artists come in to perform. All in all a beautiful, comforting place to visit with my mom and I trust what they do to help care for her.

The staff at Legacy Living is friendly and worked with mom and family to resolve concerns. The room size is good, enough to not feel squished in. Salon, fitness center theater are very convenient

While the staff are very nice people, I feel they oversell the amount of service they can realistically provide. I say this based on the high number of residents to the low number of caregivers. The community does offer nice amenities and activities, excellent food and dining facilities, and a clean and beautiful environment. However, if your loved one needs a medium to high level of care this might not be the best choice.

Legacy Living is the real deal. It is full of people who have a servant’s heart and places the needs of residents above their own and this results in residents that stay so happy. This gives the ultimate gift to families. They know that their family members are living their best lives, eating the best Whole Foods, and getting the best loving care.

Everyone at Legacy has been amazing. The staff is always smiling and greeting us by name. They have helped my mom with transitioning from her home that she shared with her husband to living alone at the facility and making her feel welcomed. My mom loves all of the activities. It’s great for her to stay busy. I would definitely recommend this place.

My dad became ill and he knew his days were limited. He had my sister and I touring assisted living homes around Northern Kentucky, so we were prepared when he passed away. Unfortunately my father lost his battle with cancer, and without a doubt we knew that Legacy was the best place for her. We hated that she had to leave her home of 40 years but we knew she couldn’t stay in the house alone. The staff are absolutely amazing at Legacy and the residents there are so kind and welcoming. We wanted my mom to have a place to call home and feel comfortable in her new surrounds. Legacy is just the place for that! My sister and I can have piece of mind that my mom can still live independently while not being along. There are so many activities for the seniors, and there is always someone to talk to. We just love it here!

Anytime I have been at Legacy to visit my loved one it always feels like home. No matter where you are in the community you will always see a smiling face and someone there asking if they can help with anything. This speaks volumes of the care that is delivered and the attention to details. The care team is amazing and always going above and beyond. Anytime I’m there I always make sure to eat in the restaurant with Mom because it is truly top notch cuisine and such a fun atmosphere seeing the Chefs and culinary team. Everyone is always smiling and just so friendly. My family can’t thank the Legacy Team enough for all they do each and every day!

Love this community every time I visit. It’s always clean and the staff works so hard. Everyone works together and no matter who you ask for help, they are willing to do whatever they can to help you.

Her townhouse is very spacious and very attractive. The staff bring her one meal a day for a small charge. She's not able to walk over to the dining room. She's not able to participate in any of the activities available to her. It's a nice place but I should have rented her a small house or condo. She doesn't want to move so we'll keep her there as long as we can.

[name removed] is very happy there and is adjusting very well. He has met so many nice people, both residents and staff. He enjoys the food and likes the variety of meal options. My siblings and I are happy that he is in a safe environment.

Facility is very clean and inviting, team members very friendly. They quickly learned my mother in laws name as well as ours and go out of their way to make sure she has everything that you need. The food at the restaurant is outstanding!

The caregivers at Legacy Living of Florence are amazing. They help in all area such as dining, trash pick up, laundry and everything in-between. We would absolutely recommend them to other families!! I recommended Legacy to many who have already moved in.

The positive atmosphere of Legacy truly won me over during my search for a new home for Dad. The staff all knew him by name within his first week of residency and have remained consistently attentive, kind, and caring. The facility is clean, bright, and well maintained, with plenty of green space (including a lovely center courtyard with seating for gatherings). The residents are also friendly and quite social. Dad seems happy, and I couldn't ask for a more perfect place for him!

Others will find helpful that Legacy staff truly cares about residents and their families. They stay on top of the residents needs and communicates all with the families.

The caregivers are kind and good to the residents. The director of the caregiver team is good with the any changes in medication and making sure the new protocol is in place. The directors pitch in to help wherever needed, even busing tables! Clean environment with happy employees.

Legacy Living does an amazing job. I go to visit my family and have to eat every time I'm there. All the Chefs do an amazing job! I'm always excited to see what they have to offer the next time I'm in.

This place is awesome! Not only is the care superb but all sections of the building are always clean the staff is welcoming and eager to meet the needs of the residents. You add on the delicious food and I would rate Legacy a 100% +.

Legacy Living has cracked the code! As a physical therapist, I am in and out of assisted living/independent living and memory care units all of the time. Legacy Living takes into account all of the needs of seniors, who are transitioning away from their traditional home. The building is beautiful and includes amenities like a game room, pub (with functional taps!), chapel, movie theater, 24/7 gym and even their own restaurant! The restaurant serves phenomenal food that rotates seasonally. If you are searching for the right assisted, independent or memory care community, your search can stop here. Legacy leadership has heard the traditional hardships of seniors moving to a senior community and has delivered a community that goes above and beyond to serve local seniors!

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Living of Florence and overall the experience has been very good. The staff and the food are both great. As for the cleanliness, we requested bimonthly cleaning but housekeeping has only been there twice. My loved one does like her townhouse.

It has been a great experience living at Legacy! Good food, good people, nice community, and beautiful rooms. A wonderful courtyard that is great if you have pets! The parking creates easy access to the community no matter where you live. The management team stays involved in the day to day needs of the residents.

Upon arriving for our first time we were greeted with a warm smiling face at the reception desk. We then met with the amazing leasing director where she went over ever detail with us to make sure we fully understood the selection of living arrangements for our future. She was so kind to take the time to get to know us and our family. We had a delicious meal in the dining room. The menu had lots of options and the staff was sweet to us and really made us feel at home. This was the feeling we wanted for our next step in our life.

A wonderful community who is setting the bar high when it comes to senior living. The staff are compassionate and lead by example with a servants heart. Every individual greets you with a smile and truly cares about everyone in their community.

This facility is top notch. You won’t find another place that is more fun or with a more attentive and caring staff. The leadership team is truly that, a team, and always helping out no matter what is needed for the community.

Well everything about Legacy Living of Florence is that is it beautiful. It is so new and well designed. But also the staff members there are just so super sweet. It influences the mood of the residence and overall when I visit him I get a good vibe

From the first time I contacted this facility it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and upbeat. And more importantly every resident I came in contact with or just observed from a distance looked happy. My mom moved in 3 weeks ago and she is already making friends and enjoying living there. I highly recommend Legacy Living Florence and on a scale of 1-5 i give them a 10!

The homes are gorgeous, the amenities are nice and the staff is great. There is always something going on for the residents. They have so many planned events and fun things to do. The residents are nice too.

My husband loves the outings and he loves sweets. His memory is fading, but he remembers going to a donut shop and visiting a restaurant for ice cream cake. Both times he left with a huge smile as did his Legacy friends. He burns off those calories with pool noodle and balloon volleyball while sitting safely in a chair, group reading the daily Chronicle, and playing corn hole in the courtyard. Let’s not forget walking a few sunny laps around the courtyard amid the blooming spring flowers. My favorite activity…dancing with scarves to the music. Fun for people sitting or standing!

Legacy Living staff are the best anywhere they interact with the people they are caring, and tend to the needs of the residence. They also try to get all residents involved in the activities at Legacy Living. Legacy Living has many outgoing activities as well as in-house activities that the majority of the residents go to. I really appreciate all they do for the residents

Spent a great deal of time finding the right place for my Mother. Legacy offered beautiful units with great amenities (salon, fitness room, theatre, and restaurant-type dining). Additionally, the lounge and activity room are great gathering spots for socialization. Let’s not forget the large family room with games for family visitations or just plain fun and an activities manager who understands the importance of mental and physical engagement. Legacy offers on-site physical and occupational therapy as well. Staff is caring, kind and loving. In retrospect, having used Legacy Living for respite care and now assisted living, our family would make the same decision by choosing Legacy for our loved one.

Toured Legacy living for my mom and dad. All the amenities that they offer are perfect for them. I really like their dining experience. They are able to order off of a menu, and everything is cook to order. During our tour, the staff was very friendly and inviting.

Legacy Living Florence is a wonderful place for residents to live. The home-like environment makes each day relaxing and the restaurant-style dining is absolutely phenomenal. During my tour, I felt right at home.

We chose Legacy Living of Florence because they met my mothers current needs and they also offered memory care as well which we knew she would need in the future. We toured and absolutely loved the look of the facility, it is light, bright and airy. We also loved the way that they treated their memory care residents and the mission they have. They have a Facebook page that I follow and they are doing so many neat things with the memory care resdients. I have been blown away by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. From the lowest level up to the directors and business managers, they have been incredible. If you have any questions and they cannot answer it, they find someone who can and they do it in a timely manner. I feel that they are honestly looking out for her and that gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Legacy Living to other families.

We could not have been more lucky or fortunate to find Legacy Living for our mother. You could not ask for better staff or living arrangements. The dining experience for the residents & whomever they would like to invite is in the 5 star category. Superb chef & all dining staff are outstanding with their generous and kind willingness to service. Always see a smiling face. Mother could not be happier. Plenty of activities, impeccably clean everywhere. Nice library and game room, movies twice a week. exercise classes & even a salon. I highly recommend anyone considering a senior living situation to check our Legacy Living. There is nothing else around like it. You will be impressed. I would like to personally send a shout out to an amazing new community! From the beginning of walking in for my tour through sitting down and talking with the staff on all the accommodations that you receive when moving in. I can't even express how well the entertainment was with music played and all the engagement that I wad able to witness first hand in the Residents interacting. The dining room was gorgeous and felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant. Started off with a soup and then continued with a grilled fish, baked potato and fresh grilled vegetables. My mouth is still watering from the amazing Banana Split Cake that I was able to enjoy. Chefs even brought it to me and discussed there menu and how they are about to begin farm to table serving. It was an overall BIG 10 experience and I can't wait to see what more they offer once moving in!

Didn't think that we would ever live in senior living facility, but legacy living in Florence has become our new home. Due to unforeseen medical reasons we were forced to move into senior living earlier than we would have dropped. But I can't say enough about legacy living in florence. The staff is superb they go above and beyond with their service and their care. They are willing to help no matter what the problem and always come up with a solution. And I can't say enough about the kitchen staff and dining. The chefs are outstanding and they listen to all of your requests and try to fulfill them and mostly always do. Their servers are intelligent caring and compassionate young adults willing to lend a hand and get to know you. The food couldn't be better than it has been incredible that we have been a part of this place from the beginning.

They have a GREAT STAFF and two GREAT CHIEFS. The menu for breakfast lunch and dinner have a great deal of choice and are very well thought out. The staff goes out of their way to learn your name and what you enjoy and especially what you like to eat. Their daily specials are always worth waiting for. I would highly recommend this to anyone has a place for a great senior living with great dining enjoyment.

My father moved into his new home a couple of weeks ago. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and new. He has adapted well to the new home due to the friendly staff and other residents he's met.

The facility is a great place with plenty of activities and outings to do. Staff is great and very friendly. Real family feel environment. The food is absolutely wonderful. Kitchen staff is very friendly and great service skills.

I reached out to the community to determine if they offered a guest apartment for overnight stay so that I could be close to parents who are living in the facility. Initially, the sales person was unsure if this was an option and later followed up providing a price of [price removed] a night that included 2 meals. The food was great and the condo/apartment was very clean and inviting. It was a bit frigid in the temperature and was unable to adjust but with the blanket on the bed, slept great. Overall convenience but feel the overnight rate was a bit high.

Your employee, [name removed], is a phenomenal woman. She truly enjoys who her clients are, and really takes the extra step to ensure that they get the individual care and attention they need. She has been seen making the residents laugh and enjoying theirself. She truly knows how to make people feel cared for.

Legacy Living Florence has a great atmosphere. You truly feel at home when you walk in the door. They have amazing food, team members and a huge heart to serve others in need.
