Terrible facility terrible staff. My dad was staying here got even more sicker when he got here visited him once he had no covers on him he was shivering laying flat on his back and they said he was throwing up makes no sense for him to be laying flat. The staff is rude and lazy took them 30 minutes to get him a blanket staff needs to be fired and replaced

I cannot say enough great things about this facility, staff, and leaders! My mother, Sandy could be very difficult to deal with at times. However, Tia, the nurses, and the entire staff were always wonderful with my mother and that meant the world to me! As I loved my mother dearly! All of the activities, the cleanliness, and the staff make this a world class place! You will find none better, no matter how much you spend at other places! Thanks again to Tia and all the staff for their care and compassion! And thank you for our last days with my mother. You helped to make it special for us all. God bless, and much love to you all! The rooms are small. The staff is over worked because they're understaffed for the number of beds and patients. This is visible first hand most days that I visited my family member. We've since moved them to another facility that has better staff to patient ratio. The food is terrible too.

The staff seemed to take care of my mother when family was there. However when she passed 2 cell phones and Rosary that came from the Vatican came up missing.

It is a great atmosphere for residents and family. We give are all to every resident and make sure all the needs have been taken care of. It's a blessing to be able to help others.

My father was admitted twice within two years and each time the services and care he received from staff was wonderful. Therapy dept. was top notch and got my father back up and moving around to the best of his abilities given his age and pre- existing ailments. Highly recommend MNRF.

I can't say enough good things about this facility. My dad came in needing rehab to be able to return home. He successfully regained his strength and was able to walk again. We were welcomed with smiles daily. This facility had such a home like atmosphere. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The activates never stop and it was such a refreshing experience.

My grandmother was a resident here. She received great care. The nursing staff was good. The facility was always clean. Can't say much about the food but hospitals and nursing homes are not known to be 5-star restaurants and gave the family another reason to visit as we frequently brought her meals. To the reviewers unhappy about the staffing this is happening everywhere. There's not enough nurses to go around at present. This will get better as more people return to work.

My fàmily member has been found in unsatisfying condition 3 times in under a month' time

Horrible place. No attention to detail. Patients lay in their own filth for hours. Medications not administered on time...sometimes not at all. Avoid at all costs.

The staff care greatly for the residents, both emotionally and physically. They work together as a family to make our loved ones feel like they are in there forever home.

Horrible place to send love one . My father was here for rehab due to a stroke that left him non-vocal so he fail out of wheelchair and bed bust his head badly . They did put a bed alarm on the bed , it’s was a wast of time case the worker never turn it on when he was put back into his bad call them to fix the problem left voice message for the administrator she never returned your. Ask them to send references out to other place due to the neglect care . A month went by no response it took my dad to get admitted into the hospital for being dehydrated to the point his was going into kidneys failure to get him out of that dame place. So short story “ IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVE ONE PLEASE DON’T SEND THEM HERE.” I RATE THIS PLACE O STR BUT IN ORDER TO POST IT HAVE TO GIVE IT 1.

Every time I speak to a nurse regarding my sister, I get a different lie, then the next one will apologize for the other's lie, and then lie to me themselves. I would NEVER recommend this unprofessional, understaffed facility to ANYONE!

My mother in law was in this facility and I talked with her everyday. She would tell me how the food was nasty and the schedule for feeding would be at different times everyday. She was also a diabetic and they would send her foods that they know a diabetic could not have, there would be times that I would have to send her meals from a near by restaurant because she would be asleep when meals was brought and they would not leave hers or take it when trays would be picked back up because she would be asleep and no one woke her for meals. There is how ever some kind and caring nurses and they treat those nurses like garbage. My mother in law hated this place all they did was stayed in there rooms and did nothing.

My grandma stays here and everytime I get to talk to her she’s complains about the place. The place never has a steady schedule to feed the elders that live here. My grandma is also a diabetic and can’t eat certain foods but the cook serves her everything that a diabetic shouldn’t have. When her blood sugar is in the 300+ instead of fixing the food problem they just give her a lot of insulin!!! They’ve fed her stewed tomatoes once🤮. Some of the staff is rude but most seem nice, they try to check the packages that come in for the elders ( mail fraud) and they have left her in there for almost a year with a tooth ache!!!! Please do not send your loved ones here they neglect the elderly.

The staff was very friendly and treated every one with respect. They made sure the people living there were happy and if they needed help with something they would make sure they got the help. The Facilities was very clean plus there was plenty to do while living there ,

I have visited the facility on a few occassions for various reasons. It is not a large facility for the size of the community, but still seems to accomodate very nicely for the amount of residents. The staff for the most part seem helpful and friendly and most seem to have a personal connection with the residents. Rooms are clean, and the facility on a whole is kept very well. It does however give a little bit of a 'cold' appearance inside, and lacks a little bit in giving a 'home' feeling. I've visited other facilitys that do better in accomplishing this. I've been there a couple of times when there where community events going on, and the facility seems to invite outside activity in, to make the residents feel they are still connected to the outside world. I know that kids from the nearby headstart visit on some holidays to sing and socialize with the elders. Overall, it seems to be a very nice place and most that I have been associated with that have stayed there seem pleased. I have also known several family members of residents there, and they are usually very pleased with the care thier family recieves.
