Morning Pointe (Previously Heritage) is a wonderful Place for your Loved One. All the staff have been so caring to my Mother. She needed a Little Extra Care and they have many levels of Care. They made her feel welcome from day one, which eases your Mind. The Facility has been totally updated and has many Amenities. We have been very Pleased with Everything.

Morning Pointe treated my Mother in law with dignity and respect. She loved living there. The loved the community atmosphere and the way the employees treated her! I have nothing but praise for this community, they are second to none!

I cannot say enough good things about Morning Pointe of Owensboro! The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place for a family member to live. Her warmth and expertise made the entire process so much easier, and I left feeling confident that my loved one would be well cared for here. Highly recommend this community for anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive environment for their family.

Morning Pointe is by far one of the best assisted living facilities and is a great place for loved ones to age in place. They have therapy on site and many other amenities. If you are looking for a place to bring your loved one I highly recommend.

My mother spent her last days living happily at Morning Pointe. She was very active until the end and really liked living there. The atmosphere was good, the staff was friendly and everyone was very accommodating to her and to me. She was able to participate in many planned and spontaneous activities such as playing carts and bingo, listening to live music, and more. I am thankful that she was taken care of well at Morning Pointe.

My mom moved in to Morning Point about eight months ago. She began to struggle with being home alone and has always enjoyed being around people. She chose Morning Point and loves all the attention that the staff gives her. She has made many friends The activities and an occasional bus ride around town are the highlight of her day. I always feel like there’s someone there for all of my mom’s needs. They are making a lot of changes. Looking forward to seeing them completed.

This is a fantastic place for your loved one. The staff is friendly and genuinely care about residents. Food is freshly prepared and tastes good.

The residents are warm and welcoming. It is such a great community & I'm glad I get to work here! The staff here genuinely cares! Morning Pointe helps people age in place longer with the nursing staff as well as therapy on site.

I love how engaging and friendly the staff are. food is great and the amount of residents participating in activities is amazing. All around great place and cant wait for all the renovations to be done so I can actually see how amazing this place looks. Definitely worth a tour if you are looking for a place for a family member.

Moved my 95 year old mother in at the end of March. Great, until the new owners took over. All down hill since. They doubled her price, started charging $20.00 for laundry once a week, $3.00 a meal to bring it to her room. To keep what she was getting when she moved in it was going from $3000.00 to $6,000.00 basically per month, plus laundry and meal charges. We moved her out on Dec. 4th. 2024 after giving the 30 day notice. Now, I look at her account and they took out rent for December. I have just called them to try and get it back. They replaced the carpet with hardwood and knocked a chunk of wood off her entertainment center and never said a word about it, just tossed it. Still waiting to see what they are going to do about it. This place went from 4 stars to barely 2 stars real quick.

A wonderful community to live in!

So glad we were given this facility to check out for our step mother. They assured us she would work out here. She had received excellent assistance and encouragement. It is a gem in our community and the cost is very reasonable. More people should check into this nice facility.

The staff at Heritage Place was very friendly, and they seemed very caring about their residents. The residents were very friendly. They seemed to have adequate staffing, and they had activities going on for the residents. I spoke to a couple of people that live there and they're very happy about it. They all had positive remarks. The place was clean and we're very pleased. The room had a small kitchenette area, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. When you walk in the door, beyond that was a small place with a table. And then beyond that was a small living area for a small couch and a television. The bathroom was handicap accessible, and then there was a bedroom, which was an appropriate size for a queen size bed. They have a salon and an exercise room. The facility was very well-kept. I've been in touch with the staff for several weeks now, asking for follow-ups and updates on Dad, and everything about how he's doing in rehab. They're great.

My husband and I moved into Heritage Place in March. The staff feel all of our needs and are happy to do so. We love the entertainment at the community such as concerts and family activities.I was the primary caregiver for my husband and they have taken that off my hands . We are happy to call Heritage Place our home.

People are friendly the food is great and I enjoy maintenance free living.

I have lived at Heritage Place since March. I love everything about the community. Everyone is nice and always happy to help.

The staff at Heritage Place is very friendly. And the residents really enjoy being there. I had several who stopped me when I was touring and encouraged me to bring my mom there because they really love living there and thought she would love it too. The facility is a little bit dated and could use some refurbishment. But the staff takes good care of people, and the residents seem to love it there.

My mother's stay with Heritage has been nothing short of a miracle. She is happy and secure in the routine and sincere kindness in all staff. Thank you Heritage for being available!

This is an excellent environment. They are enthusiastic here. I believe this is a nice place for my elderly loved ones. My loved ones call it a resort. The staff are eager to help and quick to respond to questions or concerns the family has about our loved ones. The medication management is a care type for my loved ones are receiving, (if they are community is busy or you need to pick up your loved one for an appointment, the community won't give the medication to your loved one at the specified time).

Very upbeat and friendly atmosphere, residents and employees are like one big family! I enjoy my time there through the week, interacting and learning about residents during daily activities or just simply strolling the halls. I also love how clean and kept the facility is!!

I have been living at Heritage Place for the past 4 years. I love the caregivers that take care of me and the food is great.

My Mom moved in at Heritage Place 6 months ago. What a relief it is to not worry about her well being!! The staff is the absolute best with a professional, courteous and caring attitude. I have lived at Heritage Place since 2018. I have met lots of friends and appreciate the staff and workers they are like family to me. We have fun activities with different groups who sing and play the piano. It’s a great place to call home.

We chose Heritage Place because when I was looked the price was right and the staff here seemed a lot friendlier and more organized than some others we looked at. The room sizes here are great. The staff all try their hardest and I would recommend them to others looking.

Heritage Place is a great option for seniors seeking to age gracefully with added support. The staff is engaging, the open lobby area is inviting, and there are lots of activities for social engagement. It’s not the newest style of interior design, but is tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. And being on one level is an advantage as well.

I typically do not provide online reviews, but I feel compelled to let everyone know how great the staff has been to my mother!! They have gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and encourage her to participate in activities to make new friends. This is a really tough time to move into a new place with all the Covid restrictions, but they have made it as great as it could possibly be!!

I am so lucky to have found the perfect place for my aunt to live! They take care of you like family. They are caring, patient, courteous and professional. Definitely a place you would want your loved one to live and be happy! ❤️

They provide transportation to appointments if needed. Meals are served in the dining room or if a resident chooses they can eat in their room. Our family is pleased with the care received. Best of all, this is home to my father and he loves it there. I highly recommend Heritage Place.

My family member is a long time resident of Heritage Place. The facility is well kept with comfortable rooms, some of which open on a landscaped courtyard. The staff and employees are very caring and work to accommodate any request that my family member has made. He loves it here and considers it home. He enjoys the activities as well as a well stocked library. They provide transportation to what ever event or location in town that he wishes to visit. I am only leaving one star, because that is the lowest option. I will not put a loved ones personal business on the internet so this review will be a bit vague. However, this facility was every thing it should be when Mary ran it. It was everything we could have hoped for during a difficult time. Mary was caring and compassionate in a difficult situation, and our hearts were broken when she retired. Enter Tim. This facility has been run into the ground by someone who is cold, unsympathetic, and lacking in empathy at best. I hate to run someone down the road, but an assisted living or similar facilty is only as good as it's director. I only have him the time of day, because this is where our loved one wanted to be. I had been well past dealing with heritage for many months. I hate that our family has to move from a place he loved and wanted to be, but I'm grateful to not have to deal with their shenanigans any longer. Moral of the story, I highly recommend looking at other assisted living facilities in town.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The food is good and they keep the community clean. The grounds are well maintained. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

well this place in more into money than taking care of the people that live there. my poor mother paid an arm and leg to live there and it was not at all the most welcoming place to live. the nurses were just not very friendly. there didnt want to do anything for you if you called in to check on your mother. my mother laid in the bed and once did they do anything to get her out. finally, she left and when she left it was to a hospital for being sick. then she went to another rehab place which was so much better all around. then to my house. if was wonderful there. i dont at this time remember the other place. but it was a 5star. compared to heritage place. thank you

My Mam-maw stayed at the Heritage Place after she fell off of her active day adult day care bus. The staff took pretty good care of her there although she did not have her own room and had to share a room with someone. It had an old musty smell to the room and the TV didn't function as well as it could have but it sufficed. She also said that the food there was okay but she wasn't all that crazy about it. Overall, the Heritage Place is a good assisted living home but it needs a bit of improvement here and there.
