Oaks Personal Care Home

I think it is a good facility, i don't like seeing people in wheelchairs struggle to get outside due to no proper ramp and broken pavement. It's a safety hazard. They staff allows people to charge to make tea or go to the store. Some patients wear dirty clothes and bad hygiene, wheelchairs too small for patients and lots of stealing from certain patients. Everyong deserves to be taking care of and seek heathcare when needed, especial in Personal Care facilities.

Don't send ur love one there.its very dangerous not to mention a lot of other things.dont just take my word for it...go there urself.

I was there long time ago people help me out the best they can and the environment of clients wasn't all that great very well. We play games, stay in the room, and see what's on TV. We didn't go out very much. The food was okay but having difficulty time with staff and management as well. Didn't have much friendly environment the rooms are very clean sometimes. Even the beds wasn't big enough to sleep in with larger person. People just wanted to be people person that's all. Least I don't miss the place to well.
