My in-laws moved into One Park Place. It's assisted living and they are at enhanced care. They receive 2 meals a day, they give them their meds, they have housekeeping once a week, and they do 2 loads of laundry. They've been there for a month now. Their overall experience is great. The community is great. They're very warm, friendly and kind. The staff is great and very personable. The apartments are very nice and they're wheelchair accessible. They have bingo, they have church, activity rooms to do puzzles and play games, an exercise room, and a nice sitting area where everybody can socialize. The dining room is nice. You can either eat in the dining room or have the food sent to your room. The food's very good and we've not been disappointed with their meals yet.

I am at the assisted living at One Park Place. They take very good care of you. It's super clean, and everybody's courteous to you. They come and clean my apartment once a week. They do my laundry twice a week. They bring my meals two times a day. If you want a little extra, you can get it three times a day. We've got a buzzer that you wear around your neck in case you fall. You push that buzzer and they come running to your room. They've got a salon here. They pay all utilities and basic cable. The staff is very courteous.

My sister lived at One Park Place which is an assisted living place in Owensboro. She lived there for 15 years, and it was excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. The food was really good. It's in a really nice setting. It was an older building, but it's beautiful. It's fairly large and well-kept. They serve meals, and they clean your apartment. They have activities to get the residents involved in if you would like. It's just a really good place to live. They had lots of different varieties of activities for anyone that would be interested. They had music. They brought people in to play instruments. They had a nice piano in the lobby for any resident that wanted to play. There was a lady there that's always at the piano playing beautiful music. They had a game area. They had a huge TV, where you could have movies. They would bring people in from outside to teach like basket-making, flower arrangements, or just about anything for everybody.

Very nice assisted living facility for senior citizens. Call to set up a tour. Pets welcome.

I want to thank Louise and Wade and the entire staff for helping my father with a doctors appointment and getting his meds from Danhauer drugs. We were on vacation and they went above and beyond

My mom stayed at this facility for 5 months in 2017. The director was helpful in the beginning and at times during mom's stay when I needed updates on how she was doing, but when I asked her to give me mom's care plan so another facility would have an idea on what to expect, she wouldn't answer any calls or send the documentation as requested. I'm not even sure they ever repaid the money they said they would when I had to remove mom early. Please understand the facility was nice and the floor staff was great, but I give this place a low score basically because of the administration and leadership!

My grandmother lived here for years. The staff was very understanding, kind and friendly. They have events for the residents, a van for trips, on site hairdresser and more. I know they would check on her several times a day. A great place to be when you need extra help.
