Staff were extremely helpful and polite. All 3 residents were well taken care of that we visited. Great job y’all.

Everyone was helpful and showed me where to go and how to get to the person I was visiting.

The patient we had to go see was so far from the front door that me & my husband were hardly able to walk back to the front door to leave. He has neuropathy in his legs, CHF, and Type 2 Diabetes. I had knee replacement and it was hurting me.

The administrator, assistant director of nursing and all the therapist and nurse practitioners were awesome. I never have a problem with anyone but the CNA’s never seem to do their jobs around there!! Example turn and check depends every 2 hours on CNA work!

The people at Parkview do their best to make sure the residents are given proper treatment and are treated in a caring manner. The CNA's are always friendly. You better have good insurance or be wealthy, though, because they charge an insane amount of money

The facility smells outside and inside. My dad is in a room hundreds of feet away from physical therapy and that is why he is there. Rooms are empty in the physical therapy wing but they are reserved for who???? We don't have any idea. However we know it's money

Parkview took care of Mom for Rehab. I can’t say enough good things about the love and care she received. As far as Skilled Nursing Facilities, they are the top. It’s unlike any Nursing Home we’ve been in. Thank you for taking such good care of her!!

My husband has been at ParkView twice now for physical therapy after falling . It is the only facility he will agree to go to ! It is very clean and well taken care of , everything is well organized. The entire staff couldn’t possibly be more attentive and compassionate ! ParkView is definitely The Place to go if you need excellent care for you or a loved one !!!

Very pleased. Very clean and smelled clean. On my way out from my friend, I noticed other patient didn't look happy. I told nurse and she went right that minute to see about Mrs Pope.made me feel much better.

The staff is amazing! I haven't met anyone as of yet who isn't charming. My mother is in a difficult position with her health it's comforting to see her taken care of by such sweet people.

All staff courteous and friendly, loving and doting over residents. Questions asked about a resident’s well being are answered when information becomes available to nurses and aides.

They are great they will have to get mom and take her to things she forgets a lot

Parkview Nursing was a great place for the care of my husband. He was there about a year and a half and they were very sensitive to his needs.

It's Super Clean The Staff is Outstanding every single one of them. I Love that because of the fact that my aunt and cousin need to be in a place that helps them and I live close by. Thank You Parkview for all that you do.

The place is clean the associates and employees are very friendly and they seem to be true to their word, the nurse I saw she said we will definitely take good care of your Mom, that made me feel good and that my Mom was in good hands, I Pray that I am not wrong, but from just my first time being there I was impressed. Thank You Parkview for being the Best you are in Paducah, Kentucky! I would definitely refer other people to come to Parkview.

The employees are so cheerful & pleasant to the patients, family & each other. The food is good & they have lots of activities for the patients to engage in. The floors are mopped and the bathrooms cleaned each day. Their rehab wing has some very talented employees.

Very pleasant atmosphere, all staff working together attending patients. Staff went to extra steps to assist our friend to find a lost idea. Very comforting to see how they care !

Insurance and social worker very sweet but professional. They are working to help a friend be able to complete needed therapy. Nursing staff and aides very nice and efficient when requests were made. Patient does not complain and seems well cared for.

I could not find main entrance and asked an employee who was outside where it was.

Unfortunately I was unable to remove my sister from this facility because I did not hold the POA. She went into this facility in very good health and completely mobile. Her walker was taken from her and she was put into a wheelchair. I saw a decline at every visit, the halls are full of old people plopped in wheelchairs in vegetative states. My sister was literally starved to death in this facility, nothing was done to make sure she was eating. I spent an entire day there and watched her go without breakfast, or lunch, I finally complained and had to take her myself to the dining room and ask for food, she was already shutting down from starvation and was unable to eat. She was placed into hospice 2 days after my visit and died 2 days later. I had just purchased her $300 in clothing, within 5 days most all of it was missing as well as her walker which was an expensive one. Most of the clothes I had provided prior were missing and replaced with ragged and worn clothing that was not hers. I had an attorney accompany me to the facility and he was abhorred, he stated it was nothing more than a dumping ground and I have to agree. This facility has had issues and I can see why. So sad for the elderly who are dumped here.

Visited my Uncle today and the nurses were so kind and attentive. It was clean and decorated for Halloween. The family feels it is a nice place to spend your last days May God bless the ones taking care of him.
