Gaither Suites at West Park

My loved one is currently a resident at Gaither Suites At West Park and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. I appreciate the staff's timeliness in responding to questions or concerns. It would be helpful if the staff wore name tags to be able to better identify them. The only complaint my loved one has had is with the food. It's often bland. Overall, I would recommend Gaither Suites at West Park to family and friends.

My father was at Gaither Suites at West Park for assisted living. It was good. They had lots of activities they engaged in, but it was assisted living, which I know is vastly different than memory care. The staff was outstanding. They were very involved with the residents. They were on top of everything. My dad kept trying to leave, and it's not a locked-down facility. He couldn't stay there. They were just really good about bringing the residents out, and getting them involved in bingo and singing. They brought people in to play music. They were very compassionate and very loving. Overall, it was an excellent place. I don't have any complaints about that other than we had to leave because my dad couldn't stay there.

We went with Gaither Suites because we had a previous experience with them with my grandmother and it was a good one. Also the location is close to my sisters house so she can visit more often. We were surprised at how helpful they have been especially with her dog that she has. They have gone above and beyond and we really appreciate that. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is moving into this community now and the services that they offer are really good. They have nurse on staff and they do personal care assisted living which our loved one needed.

I recommend a friend for this community to come here the other day. The companionship is one of the best parts about the community. The memory care area is fantastic! The residents are friendly and talkative to each other. It allows me to help other residents out as well. The community is best suited for someone who is able to be mobile.

My aunt was in Gaither Suites at West Park ten years ago, and she was my mother's sister, so she was familiar with it. I went there three weeks ago, and it was very nice. I had no problem with it. The two staff I talked to remembered my aunt from ten years ago, and they were very nice. It was a little smaller facility than the other one we visited, but they were both very nice. It's very clean, modern, resident-friendly, and it was set up very nicely. It was convenient for me because it's fairly close to my house. It's just a senior living facility and laid out just for them. They had a nice outdoor-garden area, a small gym, a beauty salon and barber shop, laundry facilities for those who wanted to do their own -- or they had laundry service -- and a dining room. You could also eat in your apartment if you wanted to. It's fairly near the mall.
