Gaither Suites at West Park

I would highly recommend Gaither at West Park! My mom has said several times how much she enjoys living there and that gives me great peace of mind. I greatly appreciate the way they involve families in special events they have for the residents. We have attended the ice cream social and Christmas dinner. They do an excellent job at making everyone feel welcome!

My Dad ,(Aaron)has been treated very well at the Gaither at West Park. He especially enjoys the food and socializing with the other residents. He enjoys the activities, especially bingo. The staff and administration have been wonderful working with Dad. The physical therapist has really encouraged him and worked with him to improve his physical condition. Overall we have had a very positive experience at Gaither. Thanks!

They have really great staff that are always friendly and truly care about their residents. The activity director works really hard to provide an array of entertainment and events that suit many different likings. The food always presents nice and tastes good! Just a nice place to call home!

Gaither at West Park has such a warm, genuine feel, like people truly care. Jennifer Gish, the Executive Director, stands out in the best way. She’s kind, present, and clearly puts her heart into making sure residents and families feel supported and respected. It shows in everything about the community. Highly recommend.

We’ve had a great experience working with this community. The team is responsive, organized, and clearly focused on making sure residents are well taken care of day to day. Jennifer, the administrator, does an excellent job leading the community. She’s proactive, easy to work with, and stays on top of the details. It’s clear her leadership has a direct impact on how smoothly things run.

The love and caring respect my mother received during her stay at Gathers goes up and beyond what others would hv provided. Over the years they were "Family", not only to Mom but me also. When she was under Hospice's care until she passed the loving tender care never ceased by all the staff there. I wanted Mom to hv the best care in the area and we found it. My mother loves this place and so do I. It’s extremely clean. All of the staff are so kind. The activities director is incredible. The administrator has been great working with us on a couple behavioral issues I had with my mom. My mom says everyone feels like family there.

Friendly staff, clean environment, exceptional care for your loved ones

Gaither is a wonderful place! The staff - CNAs, nursing, dietary, maintenance, activities, housekeeping, transportation, administration - are kind and compassionate. Everyone is exceptional in what they do. We could not have asked for a better place than Gaither. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are such a blessing!

My mother absolutely loves being at Gaither. The staff has been wonderful to accommodate her particular needs as well as her peculiar ones. They are great in communicating with us when needed. She has stated several times that she is very happy there and feels loved. Moving her here has been a blessing for both her and our family.

Great company to work with!

My loved one is currently a resident at Gaither Suites At West Park and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. I appreciate the staff's timeliness in responding to questions or concerns. It would be helpful if the staff wore name tags to be able to better identify them. The only complaint my loved one has had is with the food. It's often bland. Overall, I would recommend Gaither Suites at West Park to family and friends.

My father was at Gaither Suites at West Park for assisted living. It was good. They had lots of activities they engaged in, but it was assisted living, which I know is vastly different than memory care. The staff was outstanding. They were very involved with the residents. They were on top of everything. My dad kept trying to leave, and it's not a locked-down facility. He couldn't stay there. They were just really good about bringing the residents out, and getting them involved in bingo and singing. They brought people in to play music. They were very compassionate and very loving. Overall, it was an excellent place. I don't have any complaints about that other than we had to leave because my dad couldn't stay there.

We went with Gaither Suites because we had a previous experience with them with my grandmother and it was a good one. Also the location is close to my sisters house so she can visit more often. We were surprised at how helpful they have been especially with her dog that she has. They have gone above and beyond and we really appreciate that. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is moving into this community now and the services that they offer are really good. They have nurse on staff and they do personal care assisted living which our loved one needed.

I recommend a friend for this community to come here the other day. The companionship is one of the best parts about the community. The memory care area is fantastic! The residents are friendly and talkative to each other. It allows me to help other residents out as well. The community is best suited for someone who is able to be mobile.

My aunt was in Gaither Suites at West Park ten years ago, and she was my mother's sister, so she was familiar with it. I went there three weeks ago, and it was very nice. I had no problem with it. The two staff I talked to remembered my aunt from ten years ago, and they were very nice. It was a little smaller facility than the other one we visited, but they were both very nice. It's very clean, modern, resident-friendly, and it was set up very nicely. It was convenient for me because it's fairly close to my house. It's just a senior living facility and laid out just for them. They had a nice outdoor-garden area, a small gym, a beauty salon and barber shop, laundry facilities for those who wanted to do their own -- or they had laundry service -- and a dining room. You could also eat in your apartment if you wanted to. It's fairly near the mall.

My company helped with their website and when we went onsite to film their videos, I experienced the uniqueness of this place. Every single staff member is outgoing, friendly and truly loves taking the very best care of each resident. The interior is beautiful, yet comfortable. The courtyard is very private and soothing. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I can not say enough about the staff and facility at Gaither Suites ! My mom was there for a time and they treated her like she was a member of their family . It is a great atmosphere.
