The nurses and rest of the staff take really good care of my mom (rm701 bed 2). Love it!

Terrible place! My mom fell off of the bed and the only reason they even knew about it was because they were coming by to give the morning meds and found her on the floor. No alarms on the beds. The reason she fell is from the loss of blood she had from her intestines. If they had changed her regularly they would’ve known that. Thank goodness she was only there for a week but a week too long in my opinion

Everyone very friendly and smiling. I know sometimes you can’t help the smell but it hit me pretty hard in a wing. I know it can’t be helped . Was good to visit my sister. Thank you for caring for her

I have experienced working with several different skilled nursing facilities in western KY. Each have had their own unique observations and challenges. However, as soon as I walked into Parkview, I was greeted, shown by multiple staff where things were and met 2 outstanding therapist (Candace/OT and Samantha/PTA), that assisted me with what I was there to do. Working in home-care you hear horror stories from families. But all it takes is a heart, and doing the right thing to meet someone’s needs. Parkview did that. You got my recommendation!

Room clean and staff helpful

I visited my sister-in-law who is at Parkview to gain strength & receive Physical Therapy. She is recovering from a car accident, having been in a soft cast for a broken foot weeks ago, then she fell & fractured her shoulder. This was my first visit & I was very impressed with the facility, rooms & atmosphere. Every person I met was very friendly, courteous & concerned with my sister-in-laws comfort & needs.

My husband was put in parkview yesterday. Everyone was very helpful my first time in this facility to get to my husband. Thank you

Great rehabilitation services helped my 96 year old father. We enjoyed working with the staff and their communication is very good. If my father needs long term care in the future we will probably use them again!

All of the worker are always very nice. Ive always saw them be kind to the patients also. It is always clean when i go in the mornings around 10 am.

The facility was clean. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The residents seemed happy - they liked the food and there were a lot of activities to participate in, if they wished.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. All 3 residents were well taken care of that we visited. Great job y’all.

Everyone was helpful and showed me where to go and how to get to the person I was visiting.

The patient we had to go see was so far from the front door that me & my husband were hardly able to walk back to the front door to leave. He has neuropathy in his legs, CHF, and Type 2 Diabetes. I had knee replacement and it was hurting me.

The administrator, assistant director of nursing and all the therapist and nurse practitioners were awesome. I never have a problem with anyone but the CNA’s never seem to do their jobs around there!! Example turn and check depends every 2 hours on CNA work!

The people at Parkview do their best to make sure the residents are given proper treatment and are treated in a caring manner. The CNA's are always friendly. You better have good insurance or be wealthy, though, because they charge an insane amount of money

The facility smells outside and inside. My dad is in a room hundreds of feet away from physical therapy and that is why he is there. Rooms are empty in the physical therapy wing but they are reserved for who???? We don't have any idea. However we know it's money

Parkview took care of Mom for Rehab. I can’t say enough good things about the love and care she received. As far as Skilled Nursing Facilities, they are the top. It’s unlike any Nursing Home we’ve been in. Thank you for taking such good care of her!!

Individuals and nurses there are very compassionate with my mother in law. Very helpful.

We were in the Rehab #9 hall, Barbara Gray was wondering! Most of the food was good, clean facility and informed of progress.

Aids and nurses were all very helpful, polite, and courteous in response to the questions asked them by the visotors of the resident living there...also showed great concern and patience for the residents themselves living there..❤️

My husband has been at ParkView twice now for physical therapy after falling . It is the only facility he will agree to go to ! It is very clean and well taken care of , everything is well organized. The entire staff couldn’t possibly be more attentive and compassionate ! ParkView is definitely The Place to go if you need excellent care for you or a loved one !!!

Very pleased. Very clean and smelled clean. On my way out from my friend, I noticed other patient didn't look happy. I told nurse and she went right that minute to see about Mrs Pope.made me feel much better.

The staff is amazing! I haven't met anyone as of yet who isn't charming. My mother is in a difficult position with her health it's comforting to see her taken care of by such sweet people.

All staff courteous and friendly, loving and doting over residents. Questions asked about a resident’s well being are answered when information becomes available to nurses and aides.

They are great they will have to get mom and take her to things she forgets a lot
