I love this place! The staff is super nice, and respectful, and I love that the doors are locked so the residents can't get out.🙂

We moved dad into MemoryCare a couple weeks ago and the staff is incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The food is really good as well. They have activities at least twice a day and he really seems to enjoy most of them. Thanks Charter of Paducah!

We have found a loving home at Charter Senior living of Paducah! The fresh new facility is bright, beautiful, exceptionally clean, elegant, warm and welcoming!! The staff is loving, caring, kind and always helpful! The atmosphere is relaxing but there is ALWAYS something entertaining happening! They really strive to meet the needs of all residents and family members. We enjoy being a part of this wonderful community and are so thankful for the peace of mind it has provided our family.

All of the staff here is so sweet and nice and will bend over backwards trying to help you out anyway possible. I would not want my mother in any other memory care facility! The place is very clean and everyone takes very good care of everything!

Charter is a wonderful facility that truly treats each resident with dignity, kindness and tremendous care. They offer so many services that help with physical care as well as AMAZING activities that are fun and cultivate friendships and a sense of family. Each staff member takes the time to know the residents and their families. We always feel welcome and of course we love joining in the numerous family and community events. Charter Living celebrates living and makes each moment count for their residents. The accommodations are beautiful; the decor is new and up to date and the food is delicious. This was the best decision my mother made. She is so happy, well taken care of and full of life.

Recently, our family was in need of a comfortable place for our loved one to be for his end of life care. Charter management went above and beyond to quickly accommodate our needs. Everyone was kind and considerate. The facility is immaculate. I would recommend Charter Residential and Memory Care to anyone wanting a beautiful, well run facility. This comes from a nurse of 51 years.
