Pioneer Trace LLC did not provide a safe environment for my brother. They took him in knowing he had dementia and refused to take him back after sending him to a facility to have his meds evaluated. Great thing to do to a veteran.

Not only is the facility itself beautiful but the employees are so very kind and loving to the Residents and their families.
