Beautiful facility with a very caring staff. Went above and beyond to help us with a complicated situation.

Can’t begin to tell the viewers how I feel. I wish I could give 10 stars. Surpasses all +++expectations. I feel like I’m at home when I visit my mom. Just go out and compare. There is no comparison. It’s a beautiful house with 19 bedrooms and the staff is phenomenal

I really enjoyed taking my dog to visit the residents. The manager is so nice. The residents seemed happy & well taken care of. The place is beautiful & you can tell the owners take great pride in the facility. I highly recommend Pleasant Meadow!

I have a close friend who is a resident at Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living. If you need or know some one who does. Check it it out. It’s the best.

My mother was at Pleasant Meadows for a year. It was a good place, but she only had just one room. We wanted her to have more of an apartment kind of place and just a little more independence to see how far she could go, but then we found out about the Lewy bodies. They were really good, but it's just one room and one bathroom, and there's no kitchen, no sink or anything, other than the bathroom. The food choices were pretty limited and mom wasn't too happy about that. She was in pretty bad shape because we had just taken her out of rehab. We just moved her over to the assisted living at Pleasant Meadows. There's somebody there checking them. There were girls there all night long. They're not nurses. They're just workers. They're doing laundry. They have a buzzer and they make sure mom wears a necklace, but still, at night, they had cords. The girls were there and they'd come and get her and they'll help her if they can. If they do fall, they still call the ambulance to come and check her out before they move her but there's somebody there. They'll assist her until somebody gets there to lift them. The staff was pretty good. She liked the activities and they put them on Facebook. They had story time, they did games, they spell and unscrambled words, and they had bingo and birthday parties. They did a lot. They had a sunroom that mom loved and an outside patio with a fountain. Their facility was nice.

Pleasant Meadow of Frankfort is such a wonderful place to be. The staff is so caring and dedicated to making each resident feel at home. I highly recommend this facility and all it has to offer.

This place is awesome and the manager Ms Vicki takes so much pride in her job and residents. I highly recommend this place. 5 Stars cheers!

The moment I found this location I fell in love with it. My mom has a spacious room, great meals (yes Lenora, you're wonderful) and round the clock care if needed. Vicki has gone out of her way to accommodate my many phone calls and I feel like we're all family now. Pleasant Meadow is highly recommended by me and my family.

Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living is a wonderful place. The staff and the owners are so caring, helpful, and constantly in touch with you. It's just a fantastic place. My mom is there and it's a small community of people. Only 19 residents live there, and the food is wonderful. They serve out at the tables, but if somebody can't come to the table, they'll take it to the room as well. They are nice, home-cooked meals, and they have a kitchen chef that's there for them, but they do made to order breakfast too. She got a nice, big room, a nice, big bathroom, and all of the handicapped facilities. It's wonderful. They have crafts, games, movies, books and magazines everywhere, a salon, an outdoor patio, a waterfall out back, flower beds, a sunroom, a nice, huge living room with a big TV, and a fireplace. It's just really good.

All inclusive, cozy, home like community. Very attentive staff and owners. Lots of fun activities. Great food.

Pleasant Meadows is a wonderful place with nice residents and incredible staff. My mother has been there for almost 2 years and I could not be happier with her living arrangements and care. Vicki, the manager, is very involved with all that goes on and does a splendid job. She is proactive and very caring. She has built a team of wonderful and caring people such as Renita, Christie, Lenora plus several others. I so appreciate and highly recommend Pleasant Meadows!

Very Nice and Clean Facility. My father and wife were both residents here and they were very well taken care of. The facility manager Vicki Smigel took very good care of them and was always concern about their well being. Vicki is very thoughtful and caring for all her residents and their families as well as the staff that work with her. The staff share the same concerns and are very caring as well, along with the owners VJ and Tracey Javid and Marketing Managers Sharon Metz and Vicki Nobbe. Vicki Smigel and staff create a very good family/home environment for all the residents and interacts with all the residents many times during the day. Would recommend Pleasant Meadows for your love ones.

Love this place and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff and owners are so kind to my mom and she loves it there! They go above and beyond my expectations each and every day. Reminds me of a bed and breakfast for seniors. 💜

Meadows is a perfect quaint Assisted Living here in Frankfort. One story and no stairs with the perfect sunroom! The Staff is always smiling and the food always smells delicious. You will not be disappointed by this hidden gem.

Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living is a very clean, very friendly, and very caring facility. They offer good home cooked meals, and all the help my mother could ask for is there. They help her get dressed, they help her with showers, they cook her food, they give her some medication, and they take care of her like she is family. She has a private room. They play cards, puzzles, and bingo, and they do exercises. The food looks good and is nutritious. It's very reasonable price wise.

An absolute pleasure. A wonderful place to live where the staff loves the residents. Small enough to be quaint. Very clean and decorated so nicely.

My grandma is living there and they are under staff and cleaning rooms doesn’t get done good

Moms home now for two years. Our family loves everything about Pleasant Meadow. Mom is happy and her neighbors are her friends. She loves the staff and they are so kind to her. The food is delicious. I know. I've been invited to eat with them on numerous occasions. There is a warm, caring spirit there where everyone, even my dog, Bella, who visits Grandma is treated like family.

My Father has been staying with Home town manor for over two years, and he loves the professional staff and the privacy of the rooms. Beautifully furnished and I have piece of mind that my father is looked after 24/7 two years have flown by !

Hometown Manor of Frankfort was new but awfully expensive for just a bedroom. They had a little library set up with books against the wall in the lobby. The staff was nice. They had a dining area and sitting area.

Hometown Manor was the newest place we saw. It was small, nice, and there were only 19 beds. They had a walking track and there were people walking outside. It's kind of away from everything else. It's clean and I really liked it.

Hometown Manor in Frankfort Kentucky is the best assisted living facility. Owners that care abut the residence like they were their own parents. The facility is brand new and very well maintained. Safe and secure. The staff cares about the residents. This place not just looks like home, it feels like home. Only 19 residents when fully occupied. My mother-in Law was the very first resident and she absolutely loves it at Hometown Manor in Frankfort, KY. Very affordable. My Mother-in Law has many new friends and family at Hometown Manor, Frankfort, KY. Highly recommended.

As a visiting guest of my mother, I find the staff and the residents of Hometown Manor very friendly.. The facilities are new and very beautifully decorated. All the areas are kept very clean and tidy. The dining room area allows for group dining and social activities. The family/TV room area is beautifully furnished. The sunroom and outdoor fountain /patio area provide a nice environment to enjoy the sun and get fresh air. There is a walkway surrounding the building for residents to get outdoor exercise. There is even an outdood raised garden area for the residents use.

I always enjoy visiting Hometown Manor of Frankfort. They are always so pleasant and really take care of their residents.
