Provision Living at Crown Ridge

My mom cannot stop raving about the concierge. Always so welcoming and just a smiling face to greet you whenever you walk in. I think his name is [name removed]. That [name removed] lady who gave us a tour was super informative and was able to answer all of our questions! Great place to live.

Thanks to Melissa O. for a great move in experience. The entire process has been flawless. The whole team has been compassionate and available for any questions that come up. Thanks also to Dee for helping with our dietary needs. I can’t recommend Provision Living enough for you or your families needs.

The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They offer engaging activities and the meals are delicious. I highly recommend Provision Living at Crown Ridge to anyone looking for quality assisted living for their loved one.

Between my husband in Memory Care/Assisted Living and me in Independent Living, we paid Provision Living [fee removed] per month from late April through early November to live at their Crown Ridge facility in Walton, KY. During my tours in March and April, I was promised 24-hour on-site nursing in the facility, consistent supervision of my husband's taking of medications, the ability to complete on-site urinalyses for my husband as needed to check for UTIs, an on-site lab to complete such tests, assistance with my husband's cPap machine and meals that accommodated my gluten allergy. None of these promises were kept with any consistency. So, we left.

My husband and I were looking for a community for my mother in law who has Parkinson’s and in need of quite a bit of care. From the very start, the sales director, Melissa put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The community is beautiful, the residents and employees looked happy. We knew this was the place for Mom. Since moving in, Kelly, the executive director and all of the leadership team have been attentive and nurturing. We feel very fortunate to have found Provision Living. We can rest easy knowing mom is happy and being taken care of. Thank you, thank you!

Open, natural lighting abounds. Accommodations second to none. Staff professional and attentive. Caring, happy atmosphere. State of the art resident monitoring. Best choice for our mom

An absolutely beautiful community with loving and caring staff, a great management team who strive to do better every single moment of every single day to enhance the residents' experience with a servant leader, hearts!! Good food!!!

The number of caregivers need to be increased. While visiting, there would be 15 minutes or longer when no caregiver was in the common area. When someone needed help, I, as a visitor, would help them. .[name removed] were served cold. Salad would be set on there table with no utensils, no napkins, no drink. My mom enjoyed coffee with each meal. She would not be given coffee unless she asked. Then it may or may not be given to her. In Memory Care, there is no routine except for meals. No music time, no exercise time, no activity time. If there was a craft, it was sporadic. Mom wasn't taken to the Assisted Living side for trivia or other activities she enjoys. She would sit in the dining area, common area, all day with nothing to do. The Executive Nurse was rude and would discuss my mom in front of other residents and visitors. Executive Director doesn't respond to emails for days. The trash in unit is not emptied daily. It accumulates for days which begins to stink. Need for training

Melissa was very thorough explaining all about the features and took us on a tour through the various areas of the memory care section and rooms. I especially like the fall detector and health monitor. Both a wonderful and very useful addition to the rooms. The entire complex is beautiful and designed well. The rooms are large and inviting.

Beautiful community! The staff is caring and compassionate and very patient with the residents! My mother loves it there!

Terrible facility a family member who lives across the road because her husband lives there has a key and access to everybody’s room and the nurses station why is this so loud Kelly and Christina told me not to tell that is the family member saying don’t tell anybody this is acceptable

Beautiful facility with many amenities. Exuded a family atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. Loved the interaction of personnel with those living at the facility.

We were extremely impressed with the Villas - beautiful location, great floor plans, and wonderful amenities. Especially love having independent garages with direct access into each Villa.

Melissa was very informative. Very new and Nice surroundings, but husband thought a little Pricey with the service fee. Looking for a two bedroom, And did go and look at one. Loved the villa, just what I was looking for...plus I Loved all the amenities. Want to go back to see again.

Beautiful, new community with great leadership! E.D. comes with many years of experience and is very compassionate. Always puts the residents and families first! Great to have a new senior living option in the NKY area!
