Rivercrest Place

RiverCrest place has my sister there and she is very happy there. She loves the food and the care she gets and the other residents she can speak with. Marilyn and Nicole are the best managers ever and I am happy having my sister there. They always call if there is any issue with my sister. It's very clean and well kept. I can't say enough good about it.

I didn't have an appointment for Rivercrest Place, but I went by there and looked at it, and I really liked it. One of the nurses there took me around and gave me an idea of what it's like. It was clean. It smelled nice. The rooms have their own patios where the family member could smoke on their patio. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The residents I've got to talk to said they loved it there. The staff was very friendly and very informative. She was just really nice. With regard to amenities, they had a gym, but I don't remember about a library there.

All 8 get the top rating. My sister raves about the food and how they take care of her needs. Her pension from the University covers the cost. It is just a great clean facility with good people working together. I hope it never changes. They respond when I call and mention an issue and they inform me about what they observe. [name removed] and [name removed] are very good care givers.

Very clean and well kept. Staff visible and friendly to residents. Residents seemed content.

My family is so pleased with the care my mother- in-law, [name removed] receives at Rivercrest Place. It is such a burden off of us to know that she receives assistance with her medicine and care when she needs it. She loves the food, especially the fried catfish every Friday. They even take her to her doctor’s appointments if we are not available. There are so many different activities she can participate in. Something for everyone! We are so happy that we chose Rivercrest for her to continue living her best life.

My loved one is currently a resident at Rivercrest Place and everything has been very good for her at this facility. She had some problems at first with being told what to do, but has settled in now and is very happy. My loved one says that the food is good and that everyone is friendly. It really is a great place! I would recommend Rivercrest Place to family and friends as a great option to consider for their loved ones.

It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff, clean areas and plenty of meeting spaces for families, games etc. I enjoy visiting my friend here

Rivercrest Place is a beautiful and inviting environment. All the staff have been welcoming and helpful during this transition. This is my first experience in the assisted living community environment but I am enjoying it!

Enjoyed a wonderful visit with a dear old friend and resident in her apartment at Rivercrest today. Very nice, clean and quiet facility from what I observed. The apt itself was spatially well designed and laid out. I am glad she has found a home at this facility.

I’ve been visiting my Aunt Lena Smith for about six weeks or more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility has always been very clean and no bad odors have been detected.

My mom absolutely loves living here. She said it feels like a resort, having your house cleaned, laundry done, and meals cooked. She should have been living in assisted living a long time ago, she’s so much happier than she was at home. She has done more activities and socialization at Rivercrest than she has done at home in years. It’s really hard because I’m out of state but they are very good at communicating any concerns to me and also helpful when I call with questions. The staff are all friendly and seem to know who my mom is right away. I’m also very appreciative that they take my mom to any appointments that she has. With me being so far away it’s really hard to take my mom to appointments, they also go above and beyond and actually sit with my mom the entire time knowing my mom has dementia. Im very appreciate of that, most other places offer transportation but don’t chaperone.

Rivercrest is not only a beautifully renovated community but very welcoming. There is always something going on and everyone is so friendly. I always have the best time when visiting Rivercrest Place.

Michelle Jackson is an incredible human being. She went above and beyond for my dad and his dog to make sure they were loved on and cared for everyday at Rivercrest Place.

For over seven years, my aunt & uncle lived at Rivercrest and had excellent care in a nice facility. Choosing Rivercrest was the best decision we could have made. I will be forever thankful to all those who contributed to their care & comfort during their time there.

My Father was at Rivercrest till he just passed away I was so happy with the love and care he received my Father feel in love with Kalli and she loved him she would even go check on him when he had to ho to rehab

My Granny Peg loves to live at Rivercrest and adores all the caring staff! There are so many activities for her to partake in and she’s always smiling!

Rivercrest was such a blessing for my mother and father it was so nice knowing that they both was loved and taken care of ! Kallie fell in love with my dad and he just loved her.She would go out of her way to be so helpful she would even go check on him him he had to go to rehab and I could always call or text her

I use to private sit with a lady that was a resident of Rivercrest Place. The staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. Even though she had a sitter, the staff still checked to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend this facility.

River rest is a very nice and clean place for your loved one. They have many activities and the food is wonderful. The staff is very polite and helpful with all your needs.

My Uncle Doc resided at Rivercrest Place for a little over four years. He loved the caring and loving staff at Rivercrest, which became like family to him. Thank you Rivercrest!!

I am happy to be a part of the Rivercrest team and also a family member of a resident. When it was time for my mother-in-law to move to Assisted Living it was an easy decision to choose Rivercrest Place. She loves it here and says this is now her home! We have peace of mind knowing that she is eating a balanced diet, provided with housekeeping services and medication reminders. Our visits with her are enjoyable as her care needs have already been provided so we can sit back and relax and enjoy her company.

We’ve been very pleased with the facility. Our mother has people to talk to, good food, and lots of things she enjoys doing. Michelle is always ready with a quick and genuine smile and willing to help in any way.

I've always been hesitant about the care given at these facilities but Sam definitely changed that. You can tell Sam genuinely cares for her residents there. She's always got a smile and positive attitude with everyone there. Regardless.
