Lovely home for people needing assistance in their daily lives. Incredible staffing who show compassion, patience and nursing for each resident.

Unspecified · January 2020 My dad is so unhappy here. He says the staff takes forever to answer his call light. He said the food is terrible here. There are good workers and workers who just want a paycheck. Mostly the latter. People who work here should not be allowed to post their opinion on here to increase their rating. Five stars is a lie.
I have no complaints about the experience I had during at this home for my loved one. The staff where friendly and made sure to give us a detailed look at everything they had to offer. I thought they had a pleasant environment and lovely activities for all of the residents throughout the day.
Acquaintance · April 2017 I visited a few different places before recommending Rose Anna Hughes Home for my mother-in-law. As the director gave me a tour, I was impressed with the fact that she not only greeted every resident by name but also knew something personal about each one.
Rose Anna is not the most modern facility but it is clean and orderly and, most important, warm and inviting.
I have met several residents while visiting and they are all genuinely kind and friendly.
My mother-in-law loves her new home and never fails to tell anyone she sees how happy she is here.
As far as value, Rose Anna was far less expensive than other facilities. One price covers all care as opposed to other residences I explored.
I highly recommend Rose Anna Hughes Home.
Acquaintance · December 2016 Very clean, staff warm, compassionate, and welcoming to both residents and families. Overall hands down a great place for our most treasured citizens. The only downside noted related to unkwn factors is the temporary too frequent incidence of breakdown and or insufficient communication among staff and to families adversely affecting continuity of care.
not very friendly, dirty, seemed to want to sell you on dining room that was pretty but chairs had an inch of dust on them , floors hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, room had recently had carpet cleaned, looked like it was still wet but was dry, needs good cleaning and update throughout
My tour of this community was a good one. I toured it for my mother and her needs. The community looked great. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately this wasn't the community for my mother. It is a good community with kind people.

Acquaintance · April 2016 Everything is going extremely well for my mother since her move to this community. It was hard to get her here, but she has adjusted well to the community. Everyone is very kind and friendly. It truly a wonderful community, and everything looks great. The staff is very good and always willing to help her when she needs some help. They have nice activities and good food. It has been a positive experience for us and I would recommend it.
Mom is staying there and they had an old big tv. I had to get her a TV I guess everyone has gotten an up to date one now. The activities are good there, my mom just won't participate in them or do it.
