Went to visit a family member today (12/23/23) and walked in room and she was laying in feces and told staff, waited at least 45 min and still no one and went in hall to find someone and a hateful woman by the name of Heather Robertson was told, finally came in room and when we told her about it and that we were upset she told us to get out. The room is always dirty. Do not put someone you love in THAT place

Great staff, very helpful. The new admin gets things done, and runs the place well. Maintenance is very good, and it is really a great place to live. Food can be rough sometimes, but it isn't always bad at all! I recommend this to anyone, the PT and OT department is absolutely amazing, very helpful!!
