My time here has been a warming experience, every body treats you like family, the staff go out of there way to make sure your safe and all your goals are met.
Super kind, genuine, honest, hard working people who really care about those they take care of. Just a 10/10 experience when dealing with anyone there.
And they love to eat! 😂🙏🏼
My mother in law was at Signature after her heart surgery. The staff was great and very professional.
I brought my father in law every day and drop him off so he could be with her when I was at work. The staff not only took great care of her but took great care of him. Made sure he had coffee and supplied him with a lunch tray too. I highly recommend Signature Healthcare of Hart County.
Facility was very Clean! The nursing Staff was Alert and on the floor carrying for the Residents! Very nice thing to see!
Spent 2 1/2 weeks with broken hip. Didn’t know what to expect. Was totally surprised by the experience from the empathy to kindness of nurses to aides to pt. Nothing but kindness from some wonderful people
Horribly managed and understaffed!! I will give props to what staff they do have. But management is obviously dropping the ball. The nurses, or rather should I say… nurse, and other staff members are doing all they can. There always seem to be a couple of “supervisors” hanging around the nurses stations and letting the one or two that ARE working run around like crazy! The two times I’ve been there, my uncle has always had to wait forever to get any kind of assistance. And I always feel sorry for the nurse on staff, because it seems she’s all alone!
If they are having trouble keeping people, they need to look at the top! That’s typically where the problem lies when it comes to staffing issues. My aunt is in a home in southern Indiana and I swear it seems like there’s one nurse for every three or four patients. This place has one poor nurse tending to dozens all by herself!

Working with them even for such a short amount of time has eased my symptoms and has increased my flexibility. I don’t use the word “Godsend” often, but in this case I feel it appropriate. Thank you all so much for you empathy and care. ❤️❤️❤️

But couldn't stand the boss LeAnn or her best friend Amanda they are both very unprofessional and shouldn't even have their job because you know why because they like to lie and put words in people's mouths and start drama and her boss Suzie wouldn't even do anything about their behavior.... Oh well their loss

A nurse recommended this facility for my Mom! She said I have had good luck with this team! I am so thankful for the recommendation. We arrived and were welcomed with open arms. When you called and had a question you were answered with friendly concern. The therapist were over the top. They motivated her to try and kept the laughter going and made hard work fun. She got to come home yesterday and went up the steps with ease!!! God Bless the entire staff and Thank you so much!
My mother has been at the facility for a year and she is so much better since going there! Her medicines are finally straightened out and she’s feeling better and happier now. The staff there are caring and professional. Great place!
