Stanford Care and Rehabilitation

Chronically understaffed. Had 20 patients by myself and ended up getting hurt. Filed a workers comp claim, and was treated like garbage throughout the entire process by them!

I have been to 5 different facilities and this one by far was the best. Excellent nurses, great supervisory staff, and also very good food. Physical therapy department was excellent also.

My Mother receives fabulous care at Stanford Crossing. I am so thankful for the team of wonderful staff. I know she is loved and well cared for. Thank you.

Stanford is a great facility and provides excellent care to their residents to ensure they have a great quality of life during their stay! Staff go above and beyond, showing love, support, compassion to the residents and are always there to greet you with a smile. My aunt was there and received exceptional care! Thank you for all that you do :)

Excellent facility with wonderful staff!

I wanted to give a shout out to this team for helping out a friend of ours with the admission of their mom. They are so pleased with her care! I miss working with each of you! May God Bless!

Nasty nasty place! Bugs, smells, the administrator Michelle thinks she is better than others and I've heard her speak down to the staff and residents. Very rude and unprofessional! Social services is wonderful and some of the staff are great but they need to have someone with compassion running this place!

My aunt is in rehabilitation now, receiving good care and loves it there.

They have been pleasant to deal with

It was a pleasant and easy transfer when my brother was moved there. They even came out to the car and helped him get out of the car. Everyone is friendly and listens to my recommendations. They call me and keep me updated on his care. Awesome facility!

I haven’t been here but a week and a half but the time here has been great. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They do the best they possibly can do residents all seem to be very friendly as well. Physical therapy is great foods not bad so all in all it’s got an a rating. Guess you could say a five star

Just wanta say a very big thank you to the facility staff I am very greatfull of where my dad is every is nice and appreciative and take very good care of him they work very hard to keep him where he pose to be and even more he had improved so much in every aspect more than I can list and exsplane it means so much to me to not have to worry and they keep me updated on everything continuously and even he his happy content and comfortable there I will and do recommend stand care and rehabilitation thank you all so very much for everything you do for him and the family we greatly appreciate it ❤️😁😊

The nursing staff is amazing. My mom was in the rehabilitation part and I was amazed!

Just spoke with my dad today and he is very happy with the care he's getting at Stanford Care and rehabilitation. He loves the food and says that all the people working there are very nice to him. We appreciate it because both of us, his daughters, or out of state.

My mom has gotten great care at Stanford Care and Rehab. She is 79 years old with limited mobility because of arthritis and has bipolar disorder, which was kept under control until she recently needed to change medicines because of kidney issues. She went into one of the major hospitals in Lexington because of cellulitis in one leg and the manic issues. After the cellulitis was resolved she lingered in the hospital because no rehab in Lexington would take her because of her current bipolar state. The hospital social worker finally talked to Stanford, which is an hour away from Lexington. I’m so glad she ended up here, even with the long drive to visit her. There are plenty of fancier-looking places in Lexington but I don’t think she could have gotten as good of care there. The first thing I noticed was a lot of staff bustling around and helping patients. The nurses thoroughly checked my mom and found she had skin infections in her groin and armpit areas because of being bedridden for so long in the hospital (you would think a big hospital could have taken better care of her). These infections have been mostly cleared up with the care at Stanford C&R. She has 3 kinds of physical therapy during the week and a psychiatrist has been working with her to try to find a medicine substitute that will get her back to normal without damaging her kidneys. I’ve seen progress in the couple of weeks that she’s been there and the social worker and nurses have kept my brother and me updated often. What at first seemed to be settling for a place for my mom now we think of as a blessing. We are so happy that my mom is at Stanford Care and Rehab!

Too early in the situation to really give a true review but after 10 days I have no complaints. Everyone has been very nice and informative. They keep me up to date on all that is going on.

Awsome staff great facility

The staff is very friendly and helpful Special thanks to Mrs. Keene (NA) for making sure our family member feels loved and special which eases concern.

Would not recommend this place at all. My grandmother was there for 2 and half months and not treated very well. Lost weight and couldn't feed herself and didn't even recognize us when we went to visit. She's been at the new place 3 weeks now and has gained weight and is feeding herself and sitting up in a wheelchair. She now recognizes us too.

My great aunt is currently there and she is receiving great care. The workers are so kind and helpful. I have no complaints at this time.

Good oldfolks home

Understaffed and over priced, I was disappointed with the care given to my mother. The physical therapy department is staffed with obese controllers and trainees.
