The Willows at Harrodsburg

My 71 year old brother is intellectually challenged and normally lives at Stewart Home & School in Frankfort, KY. He has stayed at the Willows on three occasions. Each time, the staff has been welcoming and helped him regain his strength and mobility after a hospitalization. The facility is attractive, clean, and well run. The physical therapists are very skilled and patient. The food is nutritious and quite tasty. This facility is far superior to others I have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend the Willows to friends and family.

Absolutely love this place, all the staff is amazing. The nurses and aids are wonderful, they took such good care of my mama, I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend the willows of harrodsburg.

I cannot even begin to thank each and every person at the Willows at Harrodsburg.The amount of healing growing and advancement they were able to help my dad achieve was nothing short of amazing. From the therapy staff, Nurses ,Aids and the random people we met who worked there EVERYONE was compassionate knowledgeable and made us feel as if we mattered. If your loved one has ever in need of a skilled nursing facility or assisted-living I definitely would look no further in the willows at Harrodsburg.

My mother moved into The Willows at Harrodsburg. So far, it's been wonderful. The staff has been great. Her room is perfect, I couldn't ask for anything better. She gets fed 3 times a day. I've tried the food and it's very, very accommodating. There are all kinds of things that they do there. The atmosphere is very pleasant and enjoyable. It's just a good place for someone to be in, to meet people and do things. I would just say that it's just a feels-like home place. It's a beautiful place.

My mother-in-law has been at the Willows at Harrodsburg in Harrodsburg, KY for nearly 10 months. Since she didn’t want to go there, we are amazed at what a blessing it has been for her and for us. When she first came to the Willows she was placed in the Skilled Nursing area because of her poor physical condition. Under the good care of the nursing staff and physical therapy, her condition slowly improved and 2 1/2 months after arriving she was well enough to be moved to the Personal Care area where she continues to live. I gave the Willows a 5 star rating. That would imply that they are perfect in all areas, but let’s be honest, no place is going to be perfect. To be more accurate, I would give them a 4.9. Now, having said that, I want to be clear that we are very happy to have our loved one at the Willows. She is treated like family by all the staff. And speaking of the staff, (the Executive Director, Administration, Life Enrichment team, Nurses, Caregivers, PT, Dining Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance) they are all dedicated to the well-being (physical and mental) of every resident at the Willows. They go out of their way every day to provide a facility that will result in the residents being happy, safe, and as healthy as possible. My mother-in-law calls the Willows her home and the staff and residents there her “Willows Family”. She always tells her visitors how wonderful she is treated by all the staff. The campus is beautiful and very well maintained. If you are looking for a facility for your loved one, I don't feel you can beat the Willows in Harrodsburg. My wife and I never dreamed that The Willows would be such a blessing to her, to us and to our family. I recommend The Willows at Harrodsburg 100%!

The Willows at Harrodsburg was a very beautiful place. The only thing that was tricky is that it was quite expensive. It was very lovely and very organized. The staff appeared to really care about the residents, just in my touring. The person that led the tour was very helpful in answering questions. She could tell me right away that there was no bed. It's apparently really hard to get in there, but it was significantly pricier than the other place I've been to. It was fancy. It had been a former restaurant that a country music star built.

Horrible place for residents who are not ambulatory.

I really liked The Willows at Harrodsburg. It's beautiful for one thing, and the friends that I visited there were in rehab, and I felt that they were doing a good job with them. They said the food was very good and that they had events on weekends that all the family could come in for, like a buffet and/or something like that. It was really nice.

My grandmother did respite care at The Willows at Harrodsburg. It was fabulous. She was there at least six weeks and I had no complaints whatsoever. She did therapy there, and they had activities open to the public and private activities for them to do daily, movies, and popcorn. It was always clean, and it never had any kind of smell. There was always someone on-staff if you needed something. They even gave out their personal phone numbers if you needed something after hours. They went above and beyond in every way.

My loved one is a resident at this facility and The ED uses scared and imidating tactics to bully families. Will not follow up via phone call or email.

Beautiful campus with equally exceptional staff. Staff is extremely competent and care for every resident with utmost respect. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful facility and the staff are top notch! I have even seen leadership in resident rooms caring for the residents. Refreshing to know that it starts at the top and filters down. Thank you Harrodsburg for caring for the elderly in our community with such compassion!

This campus is stunning! It is kept clean and comfortable for the residents to feel right at home. The staff from management on down are lovely and always greet you with a smile. It is a true blessing to have such a facility in our small town. Knowing there is a place close to home that provides the highest quality care and treats the individual with love and respect makes my heart feel a little less heavy knowing one day we may need the services they provide. The culinary team are outstanding! I almost forgot to mention the yummy food!

Every time I walk into the Willows at Harrodsburg I am greeted with a warm welcome. The staff are extremely friendly and I feel like I can go to anyone with a question or concern and they address it immediately. This place feels like home and I love it!

Willow is a very clean facility, the staff is super nice and respectable!!! They treat their patients and family members like their own!!! I would recommend Willows to anyone!!!

If anyone knows Rachel, they know that she is a wonderful ED. She is very compassionate and cares tremendously about her residents and their families. Rachel always goes above and beyond not only for the residents but the employees as well.

So excited to be here, My mother in law got transferred from that this hill to Harrodsburg willows today. So far it has been I wonderful experience, Everything is so nice and really clean. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. You can tell that they are understaffed, But it's a brand new location and they're trying to get all the wrinkles ironed out...

Beautiful place everyone is friendly but so under staffed. It may be 20 mins before anyone answers the button to call a nurse. One day we were told we can't come until the dishes in the kitchen are washed. Add more help and it would be a very nice place.
