Traditions at Beaumont

Traditions at Beaumont is the best place to retire. Staff and services are topnotch and the dining room serves professionally prepared meals. Every time we pull up, I know I've come home.

Facility is very nice and well equipped with daily activities for my mother to participate in. Staff is very kind and helpful to residents as well as guests.

I am currently an employee here working in the assisted living facility and absolutely love this place. We are very family oriented and have an exceptional kind and loving staff. Lots of activities for residents, including but not limited to movies, bingo, exercising, happy hour, pool table, huge scrabble board, library, puzzles, access to computer, support groups, and many other things. The dining staff are very helpful and they serve great food. I would definitely live here myself if the need arose.

Come home to Traditions At Beaumont, your friends are waiting for you. We moved my mom in on May 1st, 2025, and we’ve been extremely pleased with our decision. From the moment you step inside you will feel a sense of belonging as staff and residents become your closest family. TAB is a 10 out of 10!

I've worked here for a couple years now and I've loved every minute of it! The staff and residents here are lovely people. Coming to work doesn't feel like work, it's very fun and a cozy environment. Proud to be on board!

Fantastic place and loving atmosphere!

The two stars are for the friendly, hard working staff, and kindness they exude. They are wonderful and our family member enjoys it there. HOWEVER, when we toured the facility, we were told the "rent" only goes up about 3% (cost of inflation etc.) a year. Hahaha... what a joke THAT was. Six months in - they raised it 10%, NOW at the one year anniversary they want an additional 23% increase. ARE YOU KIDDING?!? BUYER BEWARE - It's a BAIT & SWITCH!!!! If we had knows this was going to be the outcome, we would have gone elsewhere before, now we have to move them. It's ridiculous. Oh, you might want to read the reviews on Yelp.

They will lie to you about the price. We meet with the Director, Kim, and agreed upon the pricing. Then 10 months later they try to squeeze more money out of her very fixed income by charging her a new $250 "Concierge" fee. This was never discussed or mentioned when we signed 10 months ago. Classic bait and switch after you have gone through the effort of moving in. I guess they feel they can stick it to Seniors that don't have the resources or abilities to move out. Be careful!!!

Traditions is a wonderful facility with great staff. They are always a pleasure to work with and make a great community partner.

Ms. Shannon was amazing and so nice! She explained so much to me and what it was like to work with memory care geriatric adults. She really loved what she does and referred to them as family, which they are. The facility is beautiful! She was really compassionate!

The dining room is open from 7am-6pm;The activities are a very popular thing for the residents; they have their own physical therapy facilities

They really advocated for her when we needed them and the staff was so friendly to her and us. They have lots of activities and the people that run them- [name removed] & [name removed]genuinely have a passion for making activities, memories and experiences the best possible for their residents. [name removed], the medical director, absolutely went above and beyond to get my mother in law the care she needed when a local hospital wouldn't listen to my husband and I. The staff as a whole was always communicating with us and answering our questions or giving us updates. It bought us peace of mind, when she agreed to move as living by herself became dangerous and we really believe this place allowed us to have a little more time with her. The NP, [name removed], they also provided in house was an incredible advocate for her as she transitioned to hospice and helped us with the process.

What we like the most about Traditions of Beaumont is that it is clean and the administrative staff were good. However, what they could improve on would be to have better communication and better training for CNA's.

My mother-in-law has been at Traditions for approximately three months. The direct care givers are always courteous and kind toward the patients. They often are sitting watching residents from a distance during the activities. They are quite busy near mealtime, gathering residents, getting them situated, plating food, etc., etc. I am confident that she is receiving the best care possible and am glad to have selected Traditions as her new residence.

I highly recommend Traditions. The staff scrambled to help my family with emergency placement for my father. They sprung into action and secured him furniture and a room in under 12 hours. They were angels in my time of need. Never seen customer service of this level before. [names removed] are the epitome of elder care. There was no ask they did not address for me. They cared for my family member while I live out of town. They loved him through all levels of his care needs. And they always had his dignity at the center of their hearts. Please entrust your loved one with the Traditions Team.

We chose Traditions at Beaumont because the facility felt homie. Not too modern but not like a nursing home either. It has been easy to get in contact with staff at the facility. Room is spacious. Food is very good.

After visiting 5 locations and creating a comparison spreadsheet, Traditions at Beaumont met all of our needs and had all things we wanted and needed. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

I Just recently started employment at Traditions, I have found it to be very welcoming. The staff and residents seem to fit together almost as family would. The building is very accommodating for residents with disabilities. The dining room has adequate seating for the large groups I see at meal times. The food appears to be well prepared and large enough portions to satisfy most any appetite. I would highly recommend.

My mother has moved into Traditions at Beaumont. What I like most is that all the people who work there are nice and friendly. My mother's caregivers watch over her very well. I'm very happy with the place. The staff members are the best. The building is very nice and very well-kept, too. They have a good variety of food and nice choices like fruits, vegetables and meats. It's a very nice meal. The rooms are very nice, too. They're all a little bit different, but well taken care of with fresh paint, and the floors are always kept nice and clean. Some are more spacious than others depending on whether a couple or a single person is living there. As for the atmosphere, they have an activities director who always gives them little games and little projects, so everybody seems happy. They've decorated pumpkins. They do a little bit of crayons and painting. They made little bird feeders out of bagels and put seeds on them with peanut butter for the birds to enjoy. They've got a lot of projects. I highly recommend it.

This is for the memory care part.They do not have enough staff for the people they need to take care of. They do not inform the family of things like if your family member has not eaten in a week or only drank when taking medicine. I was there to visit someone I love. I over heard some of the staff cussing in front of the people there. There is a time and a place for all things that needs to stay at home. I also over heard the staff memeber tell another staff member that one of the other staff member was not checking in on someone like they should. Also that same person yelled at a son of a person who was in hospice. The staff does not get the fact that yes it is a job but it is also the rest of these peoples lives and they deserve better. They leave the people to sleep at the tables. It is depressing. If you have to put a family member in here please check on them often because you never know how they are really being treated. They need to be watched and investigated.

Quick and understanding. Was contacted in less than 24 hours and assisted in scheduling visit quickly. They provided information and support that was extremely helpful. They helped my family during a difficult time and we will always be grateful. Staff is always friendly and care for residents as a person. Facility is always clean, open and welcoming.

Friendly and clean

Overall it's a great community with caring staff and they offer a lot of activities but the general cost of care can be overwhelming as we expect it is at other similar locations.

From the staff to the facility, they are above and beyond with their service and care. They made us feel like we knew them and welcomed my grandmother.

I am overall quite pleased with them...just a few staff issues with housekeeping and care but working on it. I am pleased and mom is happy...well as happy as she can be. For anyone looking for a place for mom or dad, these people are caring and offer so much help in navigating all the details involved as it can be quite overwhelming. They made me feel more comfortable and knowledgeable in making these decisions...thanks so much!

Terrible management, even work kitchen management

Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Servers at lunch most of them are very nice and we have been pleased with interaction with everyone. Food isn't always the best. It is hit and miss on that but everyone is friendly and helpful.

Toured on a Saturday and was so impressed the sales director acme in just to meet me to chat about dad. The building felt cozy and was full of residents in the common areas.

Everyone I have met has been very friendly and helpful, including the residents. The staff really listen to any/all concerns and do what they can to help. The whole place really just feels so homey and cozy.

The minute I met the sales persona I knew this was the place. Everyone is so kind and sweet. My mom loves Traditions.

I visited looking for a place for my parents. While they don't need memory acre et, it was a great neighborhood and the facility and activities in assisted living were great. Can't wait to move them in

My grandfather was a memory care resident during the worst of covid in 2020. The team at Beaumont did an exceptional job keeping everyone safe.

My mother moved in back in 2019. The staff that work there are truly amazing and care about the residents.

Traditions at Beaumont seems to be great with assisted living. Memory Care is Ok if you don't need a lot of assistance. The staff is often watching their phones and/or missing. Medicine was not given on many occasions. Rooms were not cleaned often enough.Nurse Practitioners [names removed]took very good care of my brother.[names removed]were outstanding CNA's. We picked this community, because it was clean and had special events for residents. No extra charges for services

My mother has been here since August of 2021. The care ans attention provided by the staff goes beyond expectation. They take time to listen as though they have no other responsibilities. The facility stays clean and concerns are addressed immediately. Living out of state, I am comforted knowing mom is supported in all aspects of her health.

My family loved Traditions. My grandfather started out living in one of their garden homes and transitioned to assisted living before moving into their memory care. While he was there our family really enjoyed all the events that were put on. Our family really enjoyed getting to know the staff and they made us feel like they were a part of our family. The activities department always seemed to be having things going on from outings, games, and events. I know my family enjoyed visiting granddad and we felt like his last few years were great for him.
