Sharing attributes of W B SANDERS: 1) Community Areas. For example: TV and nice furnishing to sit on and enjoy watching TV alone or with others. 2) Security. Which I found to be quite comforting. 3) Coin operated laundry facility. 4) Community area which is likened to a dining room with lots of tables. Used by the community. Offers a place for playing Bingo with prizes once wkly. 5)Allows (1) small pet such as a cat or dog. And Service Animals. 6) Outdoor space with benches provided, picnic tables. An area to cook out if you choose. 7) Staff friendly and helpful. 8) Nearby Grocery Store, Salon in an adjacent Apartment Building. (Jackson House Apartments.)
