Anna Cantrell is always being good to the patients. I have a brother and an ex husband who gets the special attention and they both get taken care of. All the employees are top notched, Anna and Jessica Ratliff and Brenna Somerduroff these girls deserve a raise. In fact the whole staff does.

The nurses at west Liberty nursing home go above and beyond to help each and everyone. Ms. Anna Cantrell is one of the most amazing people ever. Thank you to each and every one of the nurses! We love ya all

I'm thankful Anna Cantrell and I crossed paths at WLNR. Anna is hardworking and very compassionate. As soon as Anna walks through the door she greets you with a smile on her face and is ready to step in to meet the residents needs. Anna exceeds expectations. WLNR is blessed to have Anna!

Our family has utilized the services of both Salyersville Nursing and Rehab and West Liberty Nursing and Rehab and West Liberty by far was the better choice. The staff was very courteous and kind throughout our entire stay. We were treated like family instead of patients. The staff was very knowledgeable and held our hand through the entire process. I would definitely recommend West Liberty's nursing home over Salyersville's to anyone who is looking for placement for their loved one.

Good place to bring your loved ones when they're in need of some care

My mother spent 5 months here, she received the upmost care. The staff were very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this facility if you have a loved one needing placement.

I have been to several different nursing homes and assisted living homes over the span of my lifetime. I know two of these facilities quite well due to the fact that I had family and friends there. The above mentioned home is by far the best that I have ever been in. Their staff is very caring and always available to help you, reassure you, or simply listen to you and give you their compassion. They will tell you that they do not mind if you call them at their own personal home, which I have done. They are a small facility in a very small and rural town. I think that might be the deciding factor in their excellent level of care. Everyone seems to know everyone in this community and their residents are part of their family too. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
