Joe and Whitney are an amazing team, with their enormous hearts and selfless actions. We met Whitney when my mom was moved into Chandler Assisted Living. Whitney worked for EmpowerMe Wellness and was instrumental in getting mom involved in activities to keep her mind and body working. We met Joe just recently when it became time to move mom to Cardinal Landing Memory Care. Joe and Whitney managed to get mom’s furniture moved and set up for her, while the Cardinal Landing team kept her busy engaging with new people. We are very blessed to have found these two facilities with staff and activities that help our loved ones feel safe and understood. And Joe and Whitney are Amazing!

Unspecified · February 2026 Mom lives at Chandler Park Assisted Living in Bowling Green, KY. This facility is all inclusive. Chandler is a small, one-story facility housing approximately 60 residents. The director is available and always willing to assist with specific needs. Staff members are caring and personable.
Mom has resided at Chandler for almost nine years and would not have stayed had she not been happy.
One important feature is the availability of therapy. The facility houses a therapy group, currently EmpowerMe Wellness, which includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Each therapist gets to know residents and each engages on a personal basis. Monica, Megan, Lauren, Preslee and Whitney have been instrumental in Mom’s recovery from a recent broken hip and surgery as well as past help with general needs. Whitney Robertson recently moved to a new position and will be sorely missed. As a speech therapist she assisted us as caregivers with ideas and materials that would help us work with Mom as she ages, always stopping by just to check on her even though she had no session planned.
With any facility, there are always staff and procedural changes; however, living in a small community with a caring group of facilitators has been instrumental in Mom’s continued safety, security and happiness.
