I am still waiting after 2 years. I call and no one returns my calls. ??

there is not a manager available to us nor custodial care/maintenance. Work orders take a longggg time to get filled and upkeep of the once beautiful building is going down quickly. Winterwood not the management company to rent from. Learned from experience. When moving research, the management companies and pray for a working manager, not one who is just for socializing. Sweet but not a worker.
