Had a great tour at Chandler assisted living with Tiffany Wood. If you need to know exactly what you are dealing with Tiffany is the person you need to speak with. She gave me reason to believe my loved one will be in a wonderful place. Clean facility with a beautiful dinning room. Has a hair salon and ice cream shop inside. Not a very big facility so it’s easy to get around. Chandler is amazing and seems to be a lovely place for seniors citizens. Go talk to Tiffany at Chandler and she’ll take great care of you or your loved ones.

Food is very tasty and always up to par

Chandler Park Senior Living is a caring and welcoming place. I’ve heard good things about the staff being kind and attentive, and residents feeling comfortable and supported. The most compassionate assisted living that I highly recommend over any of the others! From the time you walk in the atmosphere is so heart warming and pride is most definitely taken into consideration with them providing beyond exceptional care. This isn't just an assisted living, it truly is "HOME" to many residents. From employees to residents, everyone is FAMILY, everyone is treated as family, such a compassionate staff with exceptional levels of care, very clean, treatment as far as safety and care are priorities for each and every resident. This facility goes above and beyond and when it comes to our loved ones, you never have to worry when their at Chandler Park and that's a promise!

Chandler Park Assisted Living is a great facility. I sat with a resident there for over four years. Every day I walk in , it smelled clean and fresh and was always exceptionally clean. The food was always amazing and the staff always doing extra for residents on holidays with snacks and etc and ice cream socials. All the staff was great, friendly and very attentive to the each resident needs and would go beyond trying to help them with whatever needed. If I have to go somewhere that would definitely be my choice.

This is by far the best assistant living in town! Such a great staff and the executive director is such a lovely woman! She genuinely cares for not only the residents and their families but also her staff! The building is inviting and clean with a classy atmosphere. I can’t say enough good things!

Chandler Park Assisted Living truly stands out. The facility is always exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in. The hospitality is phenomenal, but what really makes the difference is how genuinely caring and attentive the staff are. They treat residents with respect, compassion, and kindness every single day. Chandler Park Assisted Living is the absolute best in town. Where its hard to tell the difference between workers and residents outside of their age. I say that because everyone treats everyone like family at Chandler Park Assisted Living. The Director, the RA's, The Activity Director, Dietitian, even the Maintenance team. They all go above and beyond to make each and every resident feel like they are at their home away from home. I can't say enough good things about CPAL. You will diffently need to check it out for yourself.

Chandler Park is a beautifully designed and well maintained Assisted Living. The staff is wonderful.

My mother has been here for about 1.5 yrs now. Everyone is kind and helpful and caring. The cleaning people do a great job They call me anytime something is going on w her I so appreciate it they have wonderful activities but my mom doesn’t want to do any of them

Chandler Park is a great facility for my mother. Before she moved in, she was struggling to get around and had spent time in the hospital. Since moving there in [date re moved] she seems to now have purpose. The access to physical therapy has been helpful. Everyone treats her great.

Love the atmosphere here!The ice cream parlor and the barbershop just make this a quaint environment for seniors. It is a very clean place to live and it is a very welcoming place. The courtyard is such a peaceful area of this assisted living community.

This is a beautiful facility small and personable. Perfect place for your aging parents or grandparents! Love the sitting area for the residents in the courtyard lots of rocking chairs and beautiful scenery.

My mother stayed there for a couple of weeks. They did not think she was a good fit for the facility. She did not want to get out of bed to go to meals,etc. She was not happy there. However, I am sure that it was because she wanted to be at home.

Very negative due to the way finances were handled.... due to how things were handled, we were "out" several thousand dollars. The facility itself is "top quality" but the "top people" need to manage a little more with their hearts & keep their "word". We were having to deal with the emotional/physical needs of our loved one to pursue his financial needs. Another such facility in Clarksville showed the same non-care ....we learned some very valuable lessons dealing with such facilities. A Place for Mom was very helpful where they could be & I will be contacting you when I start looking for an Independent Living facility for myself.

I’ve been with the Chandler Park family since 2011. It’s been a wonderful place to work and grow professionally. From residents and their families to ALL our staff, I consider them family, past and present!

I have worked for Chandler Park for 7 years and I couldn’t see myself anywhere else. I love the facility, residents, and staff. It’s like a big family here and we all appreciate everyone.

Chandler Park Assisted Living is very well decorated and beautiful. I just think that it would not be the proper place for my friend. It has all the amenities. For someone else, it may be the best fit because I know someone that's there and it's perfect for them. The lady gave me a great tour. She showed me everything. It was beautiful, but the other places were warmer. The structure is very easy. They have road signs as you would have on a street, but this would say such and such hall, so the patient would know that this is the hallway. It would be a way for them to get to their room easily. When I pulled up, the gentleman outside said, "Well hello, welcome to Chandler." I think he was a custodian. He was very friendly, and he welcomed me to the place. He was out talking to the residents who were sitting outside. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were perfectly sized.

I felt like the facility was nice and up to date. They really didn't have hardly any activities for the residents. Nothing for them to do, but sit in their room. I would recommend them, but they now have different owners. Not sure of any changes.

I would say it's a lovely, safe space for safe living. I feel it's an upscale place to be, close to many amenities in Bowling Green!

My mom has really enjoyed living at Chandler senior apts. it has helped her be as independent as she can be while enjoying the company of others

I would recommend to others. The only thing I would add would be a full sized refrigerator. We picked this community because of the location.

It's an excellent facility. The staff is very caring, and always willing to help. We were given a tour and I knew the facility was the place for my mom. Nice rooms, clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I moved in recently and I must say it was a welcome surprise. My apartment is beautiful & my kitchenette is the perfect size. I love the new granite countertops. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The food is excellent. I wasn't expecting so many options. They also have therapy services and a nurse practitioner. It makes it very convenient. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for social engagement, independence with help at the push of a button, and just overall good people.

We went to Chandler Park Assisted Living. It has a very good curb appeal. It was very nicely decorated. The apartments were fine. I don't have anything negative to say about the size of the apartments. They don't have kitchenettes or anything though. The two that we saw were very clean. One of them had some clutter in it, but they're redoing some things and so we certainly understand that. Everything was very clean and neat. I found the people to not be very friendly. We saw one gentleman trying to go through an outside door, and the person who worked there just walked on by. He was in a wheelchair, so he was having some difficulty. We saw hardly any residents. The ones we did see were just kind of hanging out, sitting around. We didn't see very many residents at all. It's not one we're interested in. I know people who have had loved ones there and liked it. We're not interested in that place at all though. We were only there for 15 minutes. We didn't get much of a tour.

We liked Chandler Park Assisted Living. The people were nice. We liked the way the rooms and the dining were set up. Everything seemed to lead toward a very interactive community. Everything was very nicely done, laid out very well, and easy to get around to. The staff that we met during the tour was very cooperative, very nice, very open to answer questions, and very pleasant.

I would live there and enjoy myself! I recommend it. It was one of the closest to her home, came with good reviews, and was available right away. I recommend this facility. It's a safe, nice place with wonderful caring workers.

I toured Chandler Park Assisted Living. I liked the fact that it's in a circle and there's an inner courtyard. The rooms are newer since it's a newer facility, they have walk-in showers, and plenty of space in the bathroom. So if somebody were in a wheelchair or had that issue, they could accommodate that. The staff that I spoken with was very professional and very nice. There's a movie theater, they've got a little 1950s kinda thing going on, and different things that they offer. There's a salon there, a courtyard, and a large activity room.

Our tour experience at Chandler Park Assisted Living was OK. They didn't really have what we were looking for as far as rooms. All they had available were studios. The staff members were nice. We toured the whole place, and it was very nice. They had a barbershop and a small movie room. It's a new place.

Very good experience and great staff. My family is pleased. My dad was not happy to be there when he first arrived. The staff were empathetic and helped him integrate into the community. He now has friends and enjoys interacting with the staff who help him.

Realizing that she could no longer live alone and not wanting to move in with her children, Mom moved to Chandler Park Assisted Living in 2017 at the age of 87. She picked out the apartment and selected the furniture she wanted with her. She knew a few residents already, but after a short while she knew everyone there. With only 64 residents it was easy to develop friendships. She immediately began going to activities, including morning devotion, chair exercise class, arts and crafts, weekly manicures and weekly scenic rides. Chandler is an all-inclusive. One price covers rent, meals, activities and assistance as needed. As she has gotten older, she has needed more assistance with taking medications, eye drops, bathing, reminders, etc. These services are provided as needed with no additional cost. The director and staff members are friendly, caring and professional. We could not ask for a more dedicated staff to care for Mom's daily needs.

It was comforting to me that everything was on one level. I think that they need more events (social activities) for the residents. Prescriptions can be delivered each week in bubble packs from local pharmacy. I would recommend Chandler Park Assisted Living to others looking.

We had a great tour with Chandler Park, we just did not get as much of a personal touch from the staff that we would have liked to have and that we got from another facility.

We chose Chandler Park because of the convenient location as well as the value for the money. They do send emails to keep families updated but sometimes the ball is dropped on communication, but I know it could be due to covid. I do think that they could improve on the quality of meals. They do provide good activities here for the residents to participate in. It seems like the CNAs here are really friendly and helpful and I would recommend to others.
