Christian Care Center of Kuttawa

I was visiting my grandmother at this facility about a week ago at first glance it appears like a nice place with nice people. However that is NOT the case. Upon looking closer I noticed how unkept the place really is. I guess it is your typical run down faculty that’d you’d find in the middle of nowhere, I understand how things can slip through the cracks but I feel like there needs to be more focus on maintaining the building. The CNAs were all wonderful. I chatted with a couple of them and they were very polite and knowledgeable about my grandmother. Administration is a different story. Very rude. Very obtuse. I was definitely taken back by their level of unprofessionalism and treatment towards their own staff especially. My family made sure they knew how much we valued them. Upon leaving my mother and I decided to start looking for a facility that better suits our needs. -10/10 would not recommend. We will be doing our homework on facilities from here on out.

My brother-in-law was a resident there for several months and received exceptional care. The staff were so attentive and did everything to make sure all of his needs were met. Each time we went to visit him, we were so pleased with how clean his room was! We were very impressed with the compassion and courtesy he received.

Staff. Very friendly and keep residents as top priority in meeting their needs. Dietary works hard to ensure food is good quality and presentation is appealing.

Mia in the business office at Barkley health was great. She was so helpful with anything we needed. Was truly a pleasure in an unpleasant situation. Thank you Barkley Health & Rehab Highly Recommended!!!

My husband was there. They lost his clothes and all he had was what he had on when I took him home (2 bags of clothes). They left him naked in his bed. Potty chair would stay in room full for hours. He has since passed. Nasty place.

This facility and the staff on every Spectrum is very compassionate and considerate of all the residents needs. There is such a great group of people here that go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable and loved and appreciated. God bless Infinity and all the hard workers that are employed here. I would highly recommend this facility and Rehabilitation Center to anyone with loved ones that are disabled or elderly that need assistance with everyday task. Thank you all so much. My dad was here and his oxygen level was 70 they called for the nurse twice and she Carolina still didn't go and check on him I then called and asked her why she hadn't checked on him she said she was on her way two hours had already went by she didn't take care of my dad at all and he ended back into the hospital she is very rude and hateful also told my mom I cussed her that's not true they don't care just there for a paycheck
