Truly a homelike atmosphere. Small, local caring facility with amazing staff that go above and beyond! They have a fishing pier that is utilized by residents and staff. They have amazing outings and events for their residents, staff and community.
Unspecified · November 2024 Horrible place. Nursing staff would not let me talk to my dying mother. As a result I was not able to tell her Goodbye. Staff is very rude. If I had a choice I would not have used this horrible place. But my totally non caring sister and niece put her in there.

Countryside is a small nursing home with caring and professional staff in a beautiful country setting. Nursing and therapy work together to achieve great outcomes for the residents. Excellent food and the facility is always clean and odor free.
The staff here is always warm and welcoming. It is easy to see how much they care by the hard work they put in. It is so easy to make friends here and just have a good time here.

The staff are wonderful here. From the nursing and administrative staff to dietary and housekeeping, they are so caring and compassionate. Truly a family atmosphere.
The staff are what makes this nursing/rehab place topnotch. Truly one of a kind. If you are looking for family style care for your self or loved one, You found it. From the nursing staff to the dietary staff they all treat you like family, its my mothers home away from home. I can't say enough about it. :) <3
Unspecified · January 2012 I have had a lot of experience with this facility, dating back to 1992. In all I have had 3 grandparents have continual stays at the facility with the my grandpa still residing at the facility. Overall it is a okay place to have a family member in my opinion. It is close to all of our family, the people that work their are super nice and the food is good. They are always having little events and encourage all the residents to participate but at the same time they don't force them. Though this places has its problems too. They are completely understaffed at night and on several occasions my granddad fell because he had to go to the bathroom at night and no one could get to him to help. Also the facility stays completely full and match that with the fact they are understaffed makes for a lot of accidents.
