I recently had the opportunity to visit Fair Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation, and I left with a very positive impression. From the moment I walked in, the facility felt clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive—not only to the residents, but also to visitors—which made the experience comfortable and reassuring.

The staff are genuinely some of the sweetest people i have ever met knowing that these girls are dealing with some of the most stubborn old folks. Especially tori!! She is always so positive when we speak with her and always so patient and has so much gratitude.

Unspecified · February 2026 Received a call back in a timely manner and they worked fast to get my grandfather in their facility. My family did their research to find a nursing home close to us and that we could financially afford. The daily price is lower than the surrounding counties within 30 minutes of us and the facility is cleaner and more updated than what we had found by touring 4 other facilities. The care he receives is the BEST. Very happy with our choice.

Unspecified · August 2025 Private room prices are too high. Higher than other facilities near by. Burden on families that have to pay sooo much. My mom gets Medicare and Medicaid and previously I was as paying $300 a month extra . Two months ago my part went to $50 daily which amounts to $1550 on a 31 day month. This is outrageous !
Nursing staff is excellent and my Mother received great care! However, in my opinion the Administrator and Corporate office have no compassion for residents or families! All they care about is profit! The Compliance line is utterly ineffective..no responses, no follow ups, no accountability..Corporate rarely answers the phone and if they do it’s clear that the person on the other end has little to no interest in actually helping!

The only real irritation is that if your loved one cannot go to the restroom unassisted, they will likely only change a soiled diaper, because it requires two assistants, and will take 30 minutes to an hour for them to get to the patient, which is very demeaning for those who are still aware mentally.
Fair Oaks was acquired in March 2020 by new owners. It is a great facility. Clean, new flooring, activities to engage residents and staff. Caring and loving staff members.
