Front Desk receptionist was extremely rude & left me on hold on purpose

This facility and team is absolutely amazing. They are doing great things. The facility is so homelike. They are giving excellent care. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Came here for rehab, all the therapists I work with were excellent and really help me progress. I also enjoyed the food. All the cnas and aides were excellent and the grounds were beautiful as well. Very clean. I enjoyed my experience there.

I have had a loved one at Signature Healthcare at Summit Manor Rehab & Wellness Center for a couple of weeks and will be discharged soon. All staff, nurses, CNA's, Rehab therapist have been great to work with. They have treated my loved one like a member of their own family. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. The facility is very clean. So thankful to have a facility like this in my hometown.

Nearly a month of amazing service from the entire staff and management. Kind, knowledgeable, always willing to do any little extra thing to help make the experience comfortable. Rehab specialists, nurses and CNA's are amazing, caring individuals that really connected with our Mom. Facility is clean and accommodations comfortable; we would recommend this to anyone who has a loved one they want cared for.

My family member was just discharged from Summit Manor. Summit Manor provides exceptional care. The staff are very nice. The facility is VERY clean and the therapy is superb. Summit is GREAT place.

All white home. If there are other ethnicities here they work in the kitchen and are not residents.

The physical therapy is excellent and got me walking again! It's very clean and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend Summit Manor to anyone.

I love being back at Summit Manor. The team here has a big vision for the future as well as our Elders! We’ve recently added an ice cream freezer to our general store area and we are excited to start serving it soon!

The employees are very friendly, such a great atmosphere when you enter the home. The elders seem to always have a smile and talking about things they have done. Love the feeling that everyone is family and they treat each other that way

My grandpa is a resident and he really enjoys staying there. He is nothing but happy and loves the activities they do!

Every time I go in the home all the works are so nice and always helpful. I love seeing all the little things this home has to offer it feels like a actual home.

My poppy has recently been admitted to this home and all the staff has been amazing. It makes it easier for us to know that he likes being there. He has been going to the activities and making friends with the other elders and the staff. They have a new program that we love it’s called famileo and he gets pictures that we send and they print them off for him and it’s like he gets his on personal newspaper.
